@d0ubl3shot No, you cant get these skins on the ps3. You can buy the pc version of the game from steam for around $25. Then you can go to sf4mods.com and download all the skins you want for free.

I'd design Ken as a NASCAR driver w/ either a Redbull cap w/ the front pulled down low so it covers his eyes, or maybe an actual driving helmet on.
