What I dont understand is how did Gary Holton die in a hotel room in Britain when they were filming the Spanish scenes? Was it on a break from filming or something?

they didnt film the scenes in order, all the outdoor spain scenes were filmed first, if you notice he isnt indoors anywhere when there in spain as these were all filmed in studios in England.. the guy bomber picks up over his shoulder is a body double for wayne you hear the dialogue is edited from another episode with waynes voice

Does anyone know which from episode they nicked the fake line that the phony "Wayne" double says before Bomber lifts him over his head?

"Hold on, hold on, what am I supposed to do then, eh?"

Come on, they could have found a line more fitting to the scene than that from the sum total of Wayne's dialogue in 2 series'.
