I got this for Christmas one year and at first I thought it was horrible. But about a year later, I used this to blow dry my hair in small sections and it did a pretty good job. It's not as straight as that blonde girls hair (as my hair is very thick and frizzy naturally) but it's decent.
Yeah it may work on people with thin hair but i got this as a christmas present one year and it sucks! My hair is curly and average thickness and it doesnt do anything but make it a poofy, tangled mess. A regular hairdryer and round brush are so much better. Don't waste your money on this!
I really loved this product. it actually did give me that roundbrush straight finish i cant do myself with an actual roundbrush, so i used it alot it was so worth it but then i dropped it in water and broke it :(
It ranges from $50 to $70. Depends where you buy it from. I recommend either Walmart or (if you have the Sally card) Sally Beauty Supplies. There is also Target, but lately that place is getting too expensive for my taste. Oh, before I forget, you could also try Kmart. I just prefer Walmart and Sally for my hair stuff because it's cheaper in those places. Best of luck in dryer hunting and have a wonderful day.
This did NOT work on my hair AT ALL! all it did was frizz my hair.

@PunkRocker327 Section your hair up in clamps and take one down at a time. Further section that up in small ones to dry more efficiently.

I just got this from Ross and only for $20! I'm hoping it works, but if not I'll just use it as a blow dryer and not a straightener+blow dryer.

i have this exact one.
its about $50 or so.
However, its not as simple as it looks, at least not for me.
if you dont do it right, your get a dry, puffy mess for hair.
and make sure you put in some kind of protectant serum first.
xShAnAyNaYlovesTHx 3 years ago
my hair always ends up dry and puffy after using it and i always use serum beforehand. what's the right way to use it then?
ArchieRoxxx 3 years ago
yea that happens to me to
it ends up so dry and puffy
dont use a lot of serum.. just a penny size for each handful of hair (that sounds weird...)
and make sure youre hair isnt too wet when u straighten it
i wait an hour after showering b4 using it, or u could blow dry a little
hope this helps... im waiting for my parents to let me get a chi straightener =]
xShAnAyNaYlovesTHx 3 years ago
That's exactly what I do and it still doesn't work. I think the hair dryer is just really bad (or my hair is to curly and thick.)
Don't get a chi. I have one and it really damages my hair. Get a solia or sedu. those are a lot better
ArchieRoxxx 3 years ago
omg my hair is really curly and thick too
and its black
but the dryer makes it so dry that it looks brownish..so...
thanks for the advice on the chi =]
