  • what the hell?

  • This guy knows as much about dog learning and behavior as my dog knows about the behavior of frogs. Modern behaviorists know well that in order to teach bite inhibition, puppies that still have their puppy teeth should be allowed to play bite, If the bite is too hard, you yelp and make a big deal about it. Absolutely NO smacking should be used --- this guy has been watching too much of that moron Cesar Milan.

  • Oh, my gosh, this really works!

  • What absolute baloney! Does this guy not know that play-biting is normal behaviour and has a useful function in the process of learning bite inhibition?? Way to go to teach this puppy to snap at hands approaching. Good job? Not!

  • @bestfriendsdogs You offer harsh criticism, but no constructive alternatives. Everyone on youtube seems to have a rationale for why their way is better than others. What is YOUR way, and why is it BETTER?

I'm not trying to refute you. Just want a more useful response.

  • @rmcdaniel423 Read Jean Donalsdon and Ian Dunbar, behaviorists that actually know the science and know what they're talking about. This guy is obviously still stuck in 1950. People need to RUN away from his advice. It stinks.

  • @keeg021985 why run away from it if it actually works :/ This techniques has worked on both of my puppies. It's way better then that ridiculous clicker.

  • @lilpwincessottz Uh....yeah. Ok. You've clearly not bothered to actually do any research. Go get YOUR phd in ethology, and then we can talk.

  • @lilpwincessottz Uh....yeah. Ok. You've clearly not bothered to actually do any research. Go get YOUR phd in ethology, and then we can talk. And did I mention ---- what he's doing doesn't work and doesn't follow the science. He needs to get up to date on the science that has been out there for 30 years.

  • @keeg021985 why on EARTH would i want to get a phd in ETHOLOGY. I'll stick to med school , thanks. And LOL, i do nottttttt need a degree to show that the method that guy is demonstrating actually works. I'll stick to what I know and if it works perfectly well, why try and catch up with 'science' if thats what you want to call it, or go and study ethology....looooool! and in no way am I mocking a phd in ethology :)

  • very good training this guy seems to know what he is talking about. i have a dog that is the same way i really like this seminar
