Most of the members within scientology arent criminals, but just brainwashed normal people. But by staying in the cult, they give consent to all the criminal activities you find within the cult. So if a normal decent brainwashed member of the cult who only follow a course, see or hear about a crime, or see or hear about the criminal people they send to peoples private address to intimidate them, then they automatic give their consent to those crimes.
