Sry forget this: to add bots by console type tf_bot_add and put how many you want depending on how many players the server allows , to add specific class bots type tf_bot_add (count) (class) (team) (difficulty) , also heavies are called heavyweapons like in the heavy trailer

If bots never move on a map open console and type sv_cheats 1 and then next type nav_generate and that will node the map, takes a bit though to graph the map , then when it's done it will restart the map and the bots will move and fight , note: bots will only work on attack/defend maps , control points maps , payload (not payload race) just payload , and king of the hill. I know this from the tf2 wiki so don't ask lol, theres more stuff about this on the wiki

That will bring up an arena map to offline mode.

Just find the map and type in the name when you want to play it in offline mode or when setting up a server.

Or if you have a shortcut right click it->Properties->in the Shortcut tab theres the "Target" it should something like "........ -applaunch 440", add the -console here so it looks like this: "....... -applaunch 440 -console"

Frankly, I think they should have training courses for every class. They've only got Soldier training, and I never even use the Soldier. This is great for raw newbies who want to get a basic feel for the Sniper's weapons before being launched into the fray and not having a clue how things work. People need to quit hating. Not everyone is spectacular.

in team fortress 2 there is a "charge" to the sniper which increases the longer you are scoped in its still posible to kill from a "quick scope" but due to lack of a auto aim is hard.

This is to prevent the snipers from being OP, and to keep the rifle from being the most powerful weapon in the game, in the scope or out. And plus, where are you getting the three shots thing? Is the dude being healed? Is there text that pops up that says "Critical Hit?" Where are you getting this? And what's more, why are you comparing this to the snipeathon dickfest that is MW2?

There is no pause between the scope and the zoom, except on the first target, where he waits a bit and actually gets a headshot. If it is a glitch, then that doesn't matter, because few people can actually get a shot in that fast. If it isn't, which seems highly unlikely, then that's to prevent the SR from being over-powered as a close quarters weapon. Plus, where's your proof that this is intentional?

Plus, the scope is not entirely instant, as it does have that "zoom-in" pause before the scope starts charging. I get the feeling that the no-headshot thing is just the player shooting before the game realizes that the rifle should be charging up. One other thing- good players are still good. They don't NEED to get headshots in .002 seconds, when they can take a person out with a charged bodyshot.

Make a fiew folders and place them at random locations to add to the challenge. Then see how fast you can open them all.

yes you can, but you need to join custom achievement servers. They can bypass the sv_pure system while the server is fully legit

Yeah you can. Try enabling sv_cheats 1, spawning some bots and then using some console command (Forgot it :/) to restart the map. sv_cheats 1 should be disabled, achievements should be enabled and the bots should still be there! Also, keyword is.. SHOULD aka maybe.
