  • after about 6 or so, try putting both hands on the ball and doing a push up from there, then back to alternating.

  • In another exercise video, I heard a boxing trainer say that this particular exercise was for hand speed, but I just can't see the connection.

  • when i do these i use solid objects but its better with medicine ball is challenging and you need good balance.

  • Greater challenge due to greater instability.

    Not my best performance at this as I didn't get good hand placement on the first rep and it kind of haunted me for the rest of the reps.

  • That looks like something I should start doing. Do you need a special ball for that or can you just use a basket ball or something?
