woot! i'm so thank thankful to you. i'm now killed nomad nomad. i died 6 times and that's why lost 2m but this time i used brew and restore flasks. in flask is 6 pieces of somelike drink. example= saradomin brew flask (6). everybody! use flasks and noad is easiest in the world.

117 combat and I made it first try. Guys, it's easy really, just do your research and bring Brews - Super restores on a 3:1 ratio, 5 rocktails which 2 of them should be in your Tort if you panic and a kyatt pouch and ambush scrolls. Spam summoning spec when tort runs out of food. Hope I helped.

The Nomad is weak to stab attack so the Chaotic Rapier is a very good choice of a weapon.

Thanks a lot! Using your guide (best one out there) I finished him second try! I messed up the first time, because I forgot what to do after being teleported out after Disintegrate attack so I brewed and ran behind a pillar meaning the mines were around the pillar. Which really messed with the tactic. Great guide!

@killerkiller2 I have almost identical stats to the guy in the vid, and I just used BGS and rapier, and it worked great, so I'd say yes.

@lnstantLove the spec, dude. lower his defence asap, and you gotta remember, stuff like chaotic weapons weren't around back when this vid was made. it was actually a pretty good tactic, since this type of stradegy is heavily based on 'hit-and-run', att speed wasn't an issue since ur running AWAY from the fight almost faster than ur bringing it lol

your really bad at brewing.. you dont restore ,, you drink like 3 doses of your brew and that takes you down to atleast 50 /80 or sumthing u need to restore to get to 80 (what ever you level is) thats why u dident hit shit ...

@Paturata My levels aren't too great combat wise, because I'm sort've half skiller. Because of this, though, I have a reasonable amount of money for someone my level (Not to brag, or anything. Plenty of people have more money than I do, I just have above average, I would say).

So if I was willing to spend a lot of money (I've got about 60 - 70 mil lying around with no purpose right now) would something like Armadyl or Karils work better than d'hide? And what about claw spec?

I'm thinking BGS, Karil's, D boots, Barrows gloves, fury. Would that work better than your setup in the video?

Also would it be worth it to hold off on doing this until I have curses so I can use Deflect + Leech (And if so what would be a good thing to leech? Defense, maybe?).

@c0d3w0rd It *should* work better and I doubt you'd have to wait for curses, considering I did it with a pretty bad setup without them. It shouldn't be a problem for you.

@ IUcario97676 no it is totally save because if you do die, all your items are in the graveyard in soulwars. However, if you used any barrows items, apart from the gloves, if you died, they are automatically broken. But it is safe and you keep all items if you die but you do not keep already consumed food and potions or already used summoning scrolls.

This is by far the simplest/easiest guide I've seen on how to kill him! I managed to do it first time! :) Although My stats are pretty decent, I still chose this guide as I thought it would just be easier :) 98 Atk 88 Str 87 Def 92 Hp 77 Ranged 82 Prayer 99 Magic 80 Summoning. Took me around 15 - 18 minutes to kill him! Again, thanks for the guide, was very good indeed! :D

I feel like such a retard. I followed this guide EXACTLY excpet for the number of scrolls for the kyatt... I brought 50 instead of 100 thinking it would save me about 70k..... That 70k cost me a loss of 400k in supplies and now I gotta do it again... All I needed was 1 more hit and I would have won... Time for round 3 lol

I would suggest bringing a Crossbow and Diamond Bolts (e) with you as well, so that you can peck him for a little bit of damage while he's charging Disintegrate. It helped me out tons on my run, also, with the Gravestone update I highly recommend Karils (if you can), as it offers more Magic Absorb than Black D'Hide, which will lower the max hit of Disintegrate further, and cost you less food. (I only used top and bottom)

Following this, other than I followed this, and beat him first try.

@bkm842 brews boost your def and obviously you'll need to pray so thats what the restores are there for, brews and restores are the best things you can bring to this fight, bring is you want but a wep with a good special is useful, like a godsword, and dfs wouldnt work with a two handed wep, experiment if you wish ou might beat him your way, then YOU can make a guide xD
