had mine done yesterday. they shot a numbing gel 4 times in my throat. tasted like crap. i too was pasted out before they started lol. but ended up up chucking during the end on extraction of the scope. not fun swallowing vomit choking on the scope all at once.
@epochdud This is the second time they did this to me. I wasnt on my side but They out gel and sprayed that stuff in my mouth as well. they gave me medicine so I will forget all of this but I was awak enough to obey their commands.

My anesthesiologist said the first thing they do is put a "cocktail" in the IV then give Propofol.. Lol, I was out when she put that "cocktail" in.
