Obama won 12 of 13 caucus States.

Extremely low turnout or better yet not counting votes in some States for the win. - Obama 08...

Turnout is already low in Primaries or any election but caucuses make those seem like everyone votes by comparison.

They were also voting in other elections as well. You do realize that the primary is not the only election. There is city council, state rep, etc. If you voting in those elections and you don't see your candidate's name you vote uncommitted or not at all. Hill tries to change rules to suit her need.
