I actually think that endgame is Brooke and Lucas because they fell in love with each other first, and it would be to predictable to think that its gonna be Lucas and Peyton. I don't mind peyton i like her, i just don't think she fits with lucas like brooke does. Im also pretty sure Brooke is still in love with him after all the hints they have been dropping in season 5. But yeah it really is just a show.
I completly agree with you. I really think Lp is shoved down our throats and as you say very predicatable but if a BL reunion happened it would be unexpected and a refreshing twist plus I also feel Brucas belong together and at the end of the day their story in my opinion is more of a true love story than Leytons story .
I also think brooke isnt over luke especially when she said "Lucas Scott was the One boy I might have lost it for" I think that sentence in itself really did show she still does love him :)

Brooke did walk away from him but that doesn't necessarily mean she is the comet. Lucas felt that Peyton did leave him because he took her someday a no, he felt rejected and in his mind she was the reason for their break-up.
The quote does make sense for LP it mentions art, direction, beauty and meaning - all of these words relate to Leyton.
Also his writers block went away AFTER talking to Peyton. Yes BP came back together but it was speaking to Peyton that helped Lucas overcome it.

I just feel that the comet is Peyton for various reasons. The words he uses parallel to his first book where Lucas writes about his moment of clarity which is about Peyton. When Lindsey is talking about the quote Lucas flashbacks to the first time he spoke to Peyton.

whatever happens in the end, if its brucas or (which i think may unfortuanatly be the case) leyton, i will never surrender thinking brooke is, was and will always be the one and only girl for lucas scott.
i will never loose hope in Brucas, i dont want to offend fans of leyton, as i understand what you like but i just cant feel it. this is nothing against peyton as i think she is great! ( just not with lucas )

And I've noticed something. When Lucas in season 4 said that he was wrong and that Brooke was not the girl for him, it's because he was sad like when Peyton said no to Lucas. Lucas went to brooke and said that Peyton changed. Brooke told him that he said that because he is sad, maybe he will realize that it was the same 4 years ago...Brooke is the girl for him and if he thought the opposite it was...

the quote does fir Brucas more. and even if the comet somehow symbolizes Peyton's car, it was Peyton who really brought him to Brooke. and if it had been about Peyton all this time why did he spend so much time trying to be with Brooke and convincing her that she was the one he loved.

He told brooke that she was beautiful for who she was. Also many thought brooke was a slut and in season 1 Lucas believed that too. Read the quote and really think it fits them more than anything.

I actually think that endgame is Brooke and Lucas because they fell in love with each other first, and it would be to predictable to think that its gonna be Lucas and Peyton. I don't mind peyton i like her, i just don't think she fits with lucas like brooke does. Im also pretty sure Brooke is still in love with him after all the hints they have been dropping in season 5. But yeah it really is just a show.

I completly agree with you. I really think Lp is shoved down our throats and as you say very predicatable but if a BL reunion happened it would be unexpected and a refreshing twist plus I also feel Brucas belong together and at the end of the day their story in my opinion is more of a true love story than Leytons story .

Season 1- Lucas with Brooke, but likes Peyton too.
Season 2- Lucas falls in love with Brooke, Brooke falls in love with Lucas
Season 3- Lucas and Brooke together
Season 4- Brooke leaves him, Peyton likes him. SETTLES for peyton.(j.k)
Brucas is a much better couple. But i hate to think this but i think hes gonna end up with Peyton, since he started with her. But i still have hope that he will come to his senses and realize hes in love with Brooke. I also thinks she still likes him too S5?

Brooke did walk away from him but that doesn't necessarily mean she is the comet. Lucas felt that Peyton did leave him because he took her someday a no, he felt rejected and in his mind she was the reason for their break-up.
The quote does make sense for LP it mentions art, direction, beauty and meaning - all of these words relate to Leyton.
Also his writers block went away AFTER talking to Peyton. Yes BP came back together but it was speaking to Peyton that helped Lucas overcome it.

I wasn't saying anything in a nasty way so you don't have to get defensive. I have watched the LP comet videos and they are amazing but I came across this and thought I would take a look and it is a good video :) I just don't see how the comet can be Brooke but like I said that is my opinion and I do respect yours but people keep saying the comet is Brooke because she left him but in Lucas' mind Peyton left him too that is all I was trying to say.

I just wanted to point out that in Lucas' mind Peyton left him too because that seems to be a lot of people's reasons as why the comet can't be Peyton. I wasn't trying to change anyone's opinion but just point a few things out.
Obviously we see things differently because we ship different couples but time will tell who the comet really is.

I just feel that the comet is Peyton for various reasons. The words he uses parallel to his first book where Lucas writes about his moment of clarity which is about Peyton. When Lindsey is talking about the quote Lucas flashbacks to the first time he spoke to Peyton.
I personally don't see how it can be Brooke but I do respect your opinion and like I said before the video is great :)

i just watched it again! and it's still wonderful! it was so overwhelming! i just dunt understand how ppl dunt see that BL shld be together in the end! if all the things mark is giving us now are just bones, he's wasting it all! i mean lucas did make the shot,brooke was the one next to him both times his dreams came true,them discussing their kids,standing under the sign...the list is endless! if mark wants predictable, he can go with LP if he wants a well orchestrated story he shld go with bl.

I loved this video. I can totally see how Brooke is the comet. I miss this couple so much. I wish that Mark would not dismiss them like they were nothing. LOVED IT!!! Every brooke and lucas scene is amazing... all their scenes
have "direction, beauty, and meaning" This couple is the reason I even started watching this show (also Naley lol) BUT i have to say Brucas is by far my favorite couple I just MARK would see that and stop forcing down our throats pucas (if i see the championship flashback of LP from the worst season of OTH again i think I will poke my eyes out!! I tried to block out that season as much as possible! This is a great video!!

Lucas did try to stop Brooke from leaving, like the comet. He gave her his room! He kissed her, He was the only one there for her when she left, adn at the airport, even though he was there for his mom, he was the first one who saw her when she returned.
During S5, Brooke had probably not seen anyone since she left peyt in LA. Lucas nsaw her first! Lucas said it himself, he did not right the book about Peyton! Allthoguh he dosnt know it yet, the book is about brooke/Brucas!

Mark should watch all the Brucas videos... Oh I'm sure he is watching them lol. I'd love to believe that the book was about Brooke BUT I'm not saying it's not, could be seriously it could be but I have doubts. Also there's one ting I know that Brucas is not over until Mark say it's over.

I actually thought the comet thing could be more Brucas than Leyton too and simply because of that one line that went something like some people didn't understand and he sometimes walked among them. I don't know it word for word but everyone in Tree Hill basically expect Leyton to be together. So that just doesn't fit for them. Brucas is the one that some people don't understand like you pointed out Rachel and Peyton.

yeah exactly thats what I thought too it totally doesnt fit leyton especially that line in particular considering the whole town seems to be LP cheerleaders lol.On a whole the quotes more brucas than leyton,it doesnt fit peyton at all.
