Not the best IMO, but very cool. If you're waiting for the next Sin City, you'll have to keep waiting. Sure there are moments where they have Miller's S.C. art style, but not all the time. Sometimes it transins to color, but those color moments aren't as eye candy as Miller's trade mark silhouet b&w art style. As for the story it stays in tribute to those detective like storys, which is very simple, but the good kind of symplicity. Spirit get's a Buy / Rent rating from me.
