@clarence7461 - really ?, I didn't know that.........that is really sad, it's such a great casino.

I really liked the interior, it really felt old skool....the Strat is going to be stranded down there on it's own - no one is going to go down there when all the action is 100 or so yards south.

Oh, you will love Vegas, it's awesome........go fire some machine guns at "The Gun Store" if you get a chance, it's on East Tropicana Ave, about 2 miles from The Strip....

Regarding Sahara, well I think the gaming area is slightly smaller than Caesars, that is one of the biggest casinos in Vegas, but Sahara is an old skool casino, and worth visiting, especially if you like Nascar (I'm not a fan, personally, but great anyway).

Eat at the Venetian, awesome food in the piazza !
