if you already have the Myofusion I would go for the Gaspari SizeOn Max Performance, drink it during your workout and mix it up with around 900mls of water.
Imooking to gain some lean mass, i started using Myofusion last week (and loving it) i was wondering which other product to take along side it, Sizeon or Real Mass??
I love this stuff. It tastes great and it works. The only problem is that it goes fast because i have to use two scoops to get 33 grams of protein. I would still recomend it though.
you guys don't look like you are using regular real mass , i think the best way of taking it is after meals , not between them, (the digestive enzymes from real mass get all the nutrients from the meal you just had) and the serving portion 3 scoops , its a little bit to much , your liver can't support that , especially if you are on super pump and size on , like i use and you recommend too .

@melodicsymmetry88 you should try to take 2 scoops , see if its enough, 3 i guess its too much considering that in 18 days you have to get another can.and that you have fast metabolism, you can start with 1 scoop see how you feel, 2 for me its too much.
@quakeman88 yea i will need at least 2 scoops because right now i take myofusion and I need 2 scoops after my work out to recover. i could take 3 scoops because would last 18 workouts for a month. I would just take myofusion all the other times before bed, pre work out etc.
hey I am thinking about trying real mass, but I am not sure if its the product for me I have used weight gainers in the past but they made me gain too much fat so I stopped using them. Is this a good gainer ? also is it necessary to take the full serving after your work out ?
@melodicsymmetry88 i use real mass , and i tell you its the best protein , carbs and recovery product i have ever tried , man i don't get fat , since i am ectomorph type, but i don't take full serving after training , because its too much for me, i take 1 scoop after training and 1 in the morning after breakfast , in non training days you just feel like its feeding the muscles ( but i am using also superpump 250 and size on original)
