@grfximage I have converted many vehicles plus used this method to help a friend scrap 2 acres worth of junk. The torch usage was the most impressive. In materials total we used 20 dollars out of our pockets where the cutting gasses would have been close to 300. To me the bottom dollar is what counts, not what someone can scrape off the net as facts that don't pertain to reality. I don't recommend 100% conversion on a stock motor.
This is OOOLLLLLLDDDDD technology. They ran cars with carburetors on water in the 1950's. Nikola Tesla came up with free energy concepts in the early 1900's. You people are so blind cheering USA! USA! You are so screwed. Imagine spending all the money you spend on energy YOUR WHOLE LIFE! Say, on a yacht run on water power. All that mon is reaped from you by oil co's who use you to fight wars for fuel that don't need to be fought. The 911 inside job didn't even need to happen! CRIMINALS!
@tropophyte you are right, but unfortunatly the technology was burried back then. That is why I am spreading the word, to show people (new generation) what is out there. I will be doing more movie's showing people how easy it is to go green. Bush administration says it all.
@tropophyte We are all lucky that we live in the day and age of digital accountability. Cops have to follow the rules more, government can't control the flow of free information like they used to control the press. Presidents have to become more sneaky to do there interns. Its a shame that this is what it took for people to do whats right, not "whats right now". Not enough people out there look forward before acting.
@theDENNISw22 instead of getting mad about what the goverment is doing. Try to stay focussed on what we can do for ourselves friends and family. I have been calculating the cost of going 100% solar (which is spendy in one shot) . But not so bad if it is slowly put into affect. you start with an inverter specially made for feeding into your power grid. then add panels as you can afford them. Inexpensive instant gratification.
@powerzap69 yeah, well i have been looking into hydrogen booster bottle to put on my truck for better mpgs (it gets 9 now..) im only 16 and need something better then that. I havent really found any good plans on how to build one. i was wondering if you could help me out, i have an understanding of how it works and i would really like to make one. but i need a full top to bottom plan on how to do it.
@theDENNISw22 Dennis what year, make, model, and miles on the truck? All of those factor into how much hydrogen you can or should use. Keep in mind people selling hydrogen generators will tell you what you want to hear. I'm not going to sell you anything, but I will offer free advice. Use the wrong thing and it could ruin your truck engine.
@theDENNISw22 94 gmc uses the odb1 system with an exhaust mounted knock sensor I believe. The high miles will work in your favor due to the engine being very forgiving. Should be a tbi (throttle body injection) now a possibility to look into is an option offered in 93 a natural gas version of the 5.7-liter V8 became available. That system would take care of 90% of the conversion. I still don't recommend 100% hydrogen but a 50/50 mix wouldn't be bad with natural gas

@tropophyte Hey I was just going through letting people know I will be making movies out of my e-books. So you may want to subscribe if you haven't already. Thanks Steve
@tropophyte actually this man is correct. The USA is the last country to utilize hydrogen. Canada has been running it for years now. Hate to say it but look at the BUSH'S for reasons why.

@zhron thank you, but I'm not in this game for getting rich. I've been rich and never found happyness in it. I have found happyness in showing people new things they never dreamed could be possible. I actually set aside a million dollar making business to research hydrogen years ago. I did so with few regrets. I'm fullfilling my bucket list.
Make a balloon with that. I'm curious as to how that would work. Cause all you'd need is a water vapor condenser to take water from the air to keep the burner filled. Would be an brilliant match.
@Netkiller3714 they have been using hydrogen for balloons since before the civil war. the zepplin was filled with hydrogen and also painted with lead paint thats why it blew up when it went through a static electric storm. Its still safer to use hot air or helium an inert gas.
@Netkiller3714 Ok but water vapors are still heavier unless your refering to steam? If so then why add the extra weight of the condensed water to the factor? And just use hot dry air? I guess I'm not fully understanding you but curious to what you are saying. I'm always open to new veiws.
@powerzap69 No sir, the Hindenburg was painted with fine aluminum paint, which is VERY flamable and explosive on it's own.... Check out the documentaries... It's really interesting!
@Landotter1 I can't say any furthar either way because my intel was based on info given to me just like you gave me that. In fact it was given to me right here in the coment section of one of my movies. So you may be right, and I will research it to get my facts strait. but the guy who told me worded in excactly like you did, and even added info about the investigation being opened back up due to new technology available to examine the evidence. So I owe you a thank you and apolagy if wrong.
@powerzap69 You don't owe me any apologies man, you have been cool about everything and not disrespectful in the least. Anyway, yeah, the powdered aluminum was what stuck out in my mind and I think you are absolutely right about the iron, which is why it burned so red in color, well along with the hydrogen... Celulose? may as well have been black powder! That damn thing was a flying bomb but hydrogen atoms are so small, they had to encase the thing like a bottle to keep it from escaping.
@Landotter1 Actually I enjoyed reading about it for the first time ever. Previously all my intel was heresay. I havn't been quoting things correctly according to what I read. It seems there were a bunch of things working against each other that probably caused the explosion. The best part of the artical was the fact5 it showed me excactly why the hydrogen and oxygen I compressed never pre-ignited in the bottle. because hydrogen is stable below 600 degrees.
@brightmannn you are partially correct. Pressurizing it does increase the heat. But it remains stable until roughly around 600 deg. when mixed with oxygen. That is why it will only run in a diesel engine once its to temp. If it was 25 psi I wouldn't be here today. It's hard to seperate the H from the O when doing it through a chemical process. I am working on a non pressurised system for home heating purposes right now, and will be filming it.
@Landotter1 Proponents of this theory point out that the coatings on the fabric contained both iron oxide and aluminum-impregnated cellulose acetate butyrate (CAB). These components remain potentially reactive even after fully setting. In fact, iron oxide and aluminum can be used as components of solid rocket fuel or thermite.
@powerzap69 You very well may have something there. I was watching a documentary a long time ago and they had a piece of the outer skin and they took a small sample, lit it on fire and it crackeled and popped whilst burning that red color... Iron oxide, maybe? It just seems like they concentrated on the aluminum powder though, which is why it stood out in my mind. They lit this material on fire many decades after and it still reacted like that.... WOW! Yes, you are right about rocket fuel!!!
@Landotter1 ok i have now confirmed your information is incorrect. the ropes of the hindenburg were coater with an aluminum oxide lubricant they refer to as "dope". which was supposed to create a conductive circuit from the airframe to the skin. but it failed, resulting in a lousy conductor creating a charge varience and a set up for a bad discharge. these are my words from memory not copied, so i may proove to be wrong. I love information, but like being prooven wrong. learning experience
@breeannaqktjbl we are presently working on a magnetic frictionless motor for energy. Its been in the planning stages for years but I finally met up with a man smart enough and crazy enough to help me take it into the works. Right now were basically just trying to iron out the magneto part.
@breeannaqktjbl Actually the oil companies don't have to do much at all. There so ingrained with so many other industries it's pathetic. 3 years ago I submitted my Ebooks on hydrogen to Hotrod magazine to request a dyno run on hydrogen to get the in's & out's on the proper timing a fuel ratio. I forgot who there major sponsors were. Its all the mighty dollar anymore.
I just wanted to let everyone know they should keep a close eye on my movies. I'm planning on a new movie to re-create the whole incadent of running out of gas on my boat.were setting things up now but were still trying to locate a suitable engine to run the hydrogen to. something simple and un-deniable that we are doing just what were claiming.
I would once again like to say to everyone who watches this video. It is up to us as individuals to do our part. We all need to set the remote down, spend some time learning how to improove our own lives. Our goverment is hopeless in that effort. A simple solar or wind power system could not only save you thousands of dollars, it could also reduce the amount of power needing to be generated. One solar array and a power controller is a great start you dont need batteries to reduce your costs
@shartne well with this system linked in line with an on demand system, it lasts a long time. just the one bottle fill allowed me to film both movies and fill a 30 gallon trash bag full of hydrogen and sent it flying over the mountain. also once depleted you just wait a few minuits and it regenerates itself 75%
I made a weak attempt to do so. But to be truthfull with you i didn't give it my all. I have gone in a totally new direction when it comes to my home power and heating needs. movie is pending posative results.
Anyone with any common sense would know "alot" is two words.
Anyone with any common sense would know that one little mistake with HHO under pressure is suicide.
Anyone with any common sense would know that converting aluminum into hydrogen is not over unity. It takes a lot of energy to produce aluminum and thus the aluminum becomes an energy carrier.
I figured out Meyer's stuff and it is simple once you understand the base principle. Too bad you are such a dick head huh?
too bad, well since your so smart, and apparently have common sense. what fuels your moped down the road? im sure its gasoline. because most people like you are to lazy to try something new. instead you spend all your time badmouthing those that are trying. key word is try. when is the last time you tried doing something posative? Or thought about the disaster were leaving our children to clean up? At least im trying.
Dude, it took me 2 and a half years of full time work but I figured out Meyer. You don't think I am trying? You should see my junk pile!
Everything Stan said was true. ZERO current passes through the water. Resonance is everything. Opposite voltage potential ramps it right up. Zero heat in the cell. impedance and hysteresis matter a bunch. Chokes need to be pretty damn close to get the max. output.
I have close up photos of Meyer's actual PWM and alternator board. That gave it away. :-)
can you give me some idea how to do it meyers way please, i tried it just with hydrolysis many many times thinking it would work just like that, you can save my dream with a little info
ok, hey i ran my van on hydrogen i bought a huge bottle full and ran it, it ran well with fuel but straight hho it was pinging under load, man be careful with hho buildup its more dangerous than a bottle of pure hh, had a bubbler explode on me once wasnt prettty but hey just be focused with it man
it was pinging due to your timing being to far retarded back. hho operates best closer to TDC (top dead center) then gasoline. which allows you less power loss due to fighting the explosion. i appreciate your concern. and im always carefull. granted osha would shut me down if they ever inspected. lol
well i have viewed the files they have of meyers system. but unfortunately i dont have the proper education to fully understand it. i never claimed to be smarter then i am. and i almost blew up the kitchen on several occasions. i also know that without the properly built engine. that hydrogen brittlisation will be a problem. all im trying to do is invoke thought. Ive succeded with my goal. hopefully someone will take it to the next step. good luck
wow color me lucky then, i guess it says alot for common sense then, especially considering i've been at this for close to 2 years now. and my first bottle is sitting on my front porch. are you sure your not missing the fact that if your carefull? you may just survive an idiot mishap?
ok now if you will take the time to explain to me how a spark could reach up thru my victor torch head (with built in anti flash valve. and ignite my mixture. id be willing to rethink this whole process. i'm not claiming to have solved the worlds problems. i only want to get people to start thinking outside the box. if i can bring a boat into shore with an igloo cooler and some empty beer cans mixed with lake water and battery acid. and not blow myself up. just think with the right tools.
Cool stuff, but are you using aluminium for a reactant ? takes a lot of energy to make that. Did u see knowpup's demonstration on making H2 where the leftovers actually are an in demand product (according to knowpup )
scrap aluminum, which to be reused or recycled uses alot of energy. so i found a new use for it where it creates energy instead. and yes they can now reuse whats left over
both top notch questions. the chemical is never spent in reality. just the solids its reacting with. there is a small loss. but mostly due to boiling into the line. but i have a salution for that. and that salution makes this system better then most out there. and yes you can install several types of shut off valves. N.O.S. makes one that will twist the top valve on most std bottles electrically. made for race cars. but i always recomend more then one shut off.
Hmm... It shouldn't be too hard to rig a second valve to the accelerator pedal. You obviously don't have to worry about a pump. Damn, you got my gears turning! I think the wife is gonna be PISSED! LOL!
you need to think of this system along the lines as a propane conversion. but unfortunatly you cannot use a propane set up. pressure is too low with propane compared to this. now a chambered system with a rotating assembly to seperate the solids from the liquids is what i've been trying to devise.
Hey, Steve. Have you tried smaller bottles like maybe 20 oz CO2 tanks used for paintball. Maybe line a few of them up to create the same gas in a smaller unit.
be very carefull with anything small like that. the sides are to weak to handle the corrosive chemicals and heat. the bottles i use are close to an inch thick. after a certain point the chemical will no longer react with the insides. something ceramic lined would be ideal for long term. but i try to use bottles rated for over 5000 psi for safety. my reaction is extreme. the nice thing about it is you dont have to add chemicals very often. they wont dissapate unless they boil over
my first tank was an aluminum co2 tank. maybey not quit as thick as i said but still thiock. second tank was a nitrogen tank. then i finally settled with a steel scuba tank. which is rated for high pressure for deep water. but i got the best reaction out of the first tank.
hey im lone private scientist and i founded other way how to ride cars without burning gas and im willing to share it:
get a bucket of water and take + and - cord that goes to battery and put it in bucket of water, then take to 2 tubes that goes to ur engine in put them in bucket and cover that bucket very tight becasue it is going to steam and on that steam you can use 1 gallon of gas per like 200 miles.
WOW!!! that's a new concept. now the only thing that puzzles me is this??? your a scientist correct? and instead of referring to the reaction as "electrolysis" you say "steam" what 4th world nation are you from? and excactly how long ago did indoor plumbing become the newest craze around there?
what kind of question is that? i'm not trying to sell the torch. its a tool used with another process. this video is to show that everyday items can be used with this system for a much cheaper and eviromentally clean way.
not really, it actually stablises at that pressure. the reaction i use actually produces very little oxygen. its only dangerouse if the container bursts or is introduced with a spark internally. there are ways to protect for both. automakers want to use containers pressurised to 400 bar multiply that by 16 and you have your psi. personally i feel thats more dangerouse then what i'm doing
Also, I read below an interesting bottling method - suck the air out of a container, then replace it with HHO - except that you can't get all of the air out, so wouldn't you be diluting the hydrogen with air? OR do you separate the H from the O when you're making it, then adding only straight H?
Also, what kind of output are you getting for HHO, like liters / minute?
Thanks, and I'm considering buying your info. Keep up the good work!
by putting a container under a vacuum your actually lowering the boiling point of the water. thats why you vacuum out your air conditioner unit pryor to charging it. and there is a difference between boiling water and actually seperating the two molicules. water vapor is still water. dont get me wrong. its good for a motor because it reduces carbon build up. its just not the same affect.
Nice work, I'm interested. I've been spending a fair amount of time researching this, getting my feet wet with actually experimenting.
So you're making it, then bottling it? Are you using an electrolyte additive like baking soda or some other? I'm not in favor with this as the water turns really dirty, heat is generated. I'm trying to use straight tap water with a pwm. Curious what cell design you use, how much amps it draws etc . . .
i'm not using electricity. i'm strictly using a chemical base reaction to seperate the h2o and turning it into hho. my new design uses this in conjuntion with a low amp drawing on demand system which does two things. first it rinses the harmfull chemicals from the high pressure system and second uses those chemicals to help produce more in the on demand unit. so you have the best of both worlds. try hydrogen peroxide to reduce the build up on your plates. its amazing the difference it makes
not very familiar with it or the process. or even where to get it. i tried to stick with simple everyday componants that anyone can aquire and work with. but the main reason i used what i used was because it reacted with the container without a harsh deteriating factor when i switched to steel. and even less if i go carbon fibor reinforced.
then i dont know what you did wrong because i compressed mine to 2500 psi. watch the video, the guage is reading 500 psi. so you apparently had an unstable factor in there that caused it to explode. now when you say explode, do you meen self ignited? or burst the container?
Great vid. Nice torch set-up. Man i wish i took shop instead of calculus :( I've got an HHO unit and i can seperate the gases, but i don't know what is a safe and easy way to compress and contain the gases. Any suggestions?
stick to mopars my friend. thats an industrial block 352, which is the base block for the 352 360 362 390 and the 409. its cast into the engine in several places. i'm very familiar with ford 351w 351m and 351c and none of those engines even closely resembles the 352 industrial
but i've found depending on the type of unit your using you can use the engine vacuum to keep your pressures low. and give a vacuum to the container versus a pressure vessel. hydrogen is very hard to contain due to the small molecular structure of it. thats why its better to produce it as needed then stop. keep in mind a battery is a simple form of hydrogen generator in itself.
I say people just dont get it, hydrogen is the fual of the future no more smog, emitions, what ever you wanna call it people need to push for this fual to be used in everything we need this technology. Make it and use it I say who cares about the cost of it, we will have better health and less illness and where ever you live useing HHO in will be like walking through a rain forest and brething in nice fresh AIR is'nt that what we all want????
yes but the reality of things are we live in a society of arm chair quarterbacks. who would rather sit behind a tv complaining about our goverment versus being out doing something about it. we have grown into a lazy nation thats getting fat. our kids are computer junkies who dont even hardly know what its like to ride there bikes to the creek. we as parents are to worried some sicko would make them headline news.
well here's the bottom line, if the engine can be protected from hydrogen brutalization. its safer/cleaner then propane. and cheaper/cleaner then gas.new system utilises both high pressure chem mix regulated into a electric unit. apart each has its own faults. together they play very well. it uses very little battery amps. and combined they take 4 gallons of water, which turns out to be the equivalent of 10 gallons of gas. this is all theory, but based upon countless hours of experimentation
Mr Powerzap. I have asked a number of significant questions during our dialog, saddly most of them you haven't answered, either you missed them, or as (tragicly) custom in hydrogen debates, neglected...
You have been the most paitient commenter Iv ever debated with, but as I have tried to answer your questions I feel its not mutual.
So, heres one last try:
How is your system working/built up?
from 4 gallons of water you get energy as in 10 gallons of gas? 15 L to 37,8...
well i apolaguise. i tried to answer all of your questions to the best of my knoledge. keep in mind, all i've done with hydrogen has been mostly hands on. as far as how or why or what. those questions i truly cannot answer. but in the same aspect, you cannot answer which metal creates more hydrogen, what side of the impulse hydrogen is emitted from. or how hot the reaction gets as your hauling as to the kitchen so you dont melt your carpet when it pops. and i cant fit 4 e-books in 400 words
why dont you do me a favor. well do an experiment. ask jayman20ja what i recently did for him. and how he asked me. that is unless your afraid to face any personal fears? you remind me of a guy i once knew. he would walk into a party, and treat woman like crap. surprisingly he would actually get a woman to go home with him. but come to find out that i didn't see the point in using that method. because the women he would go home with, usually turned out to be psycho's
i hope you see the point i'm trying to make here. if not, then good luck.
now, i'm not sure if you spent the time to read the coments on all of my video's? if you havn't then maybey you should. i've had alot of people read them and just from those coments, were able to reproduce the same results. and you being a smart educated kid, i'm sure you could put together a energy system, that has 3000 times less the energy then gas per mass
Ahh come on. So, you are saying you have found a way to drive your car/truck on water?
Im just so curios why the entire world of scientist can't make the same progress in terms of hydrogen use as you.... They all being bribed by the oil companies?
Or is it that you see to profit some from your ebooks?
no i simply want to show people it can be done. i've given away more free copies of my ebook then sold. and i think you need to dig a little deeper. every major automaker has a hydrogen car. even boing has a plane. but yet there leaning towards a smarter technology by utilising electric motors instead. less moving parts and quieter. profit wasn't my goal, knoledge was. and knoledge and friends who shared the same dream i got
You are right; almost every major automaker has a H2 vehicle, but the fill it with hydrogen. Not water!!!
You know why? Because they know that its the hydrogen that containes the net energy, if they were to fill it with water, they would need a large battery for it to go somewhere...
Agree?
Then the battery will run out and the water is just, useless. So in that case I find it better runing on just batteries.
I ask you again:
Have you come up with a method to utilize water "only"?
i think you are wrong in that aspect. they fill with hydrogen so you have to still pull up to a fueling station to refill your tanks. its easy to run off pure water. but they dont want you to know this

sorry for the delay in response. if i was going to build a new car to run on hydrogen. i would definatly go electric drive. now the problem we have here is there are millions of cars that run on gas. very expensive and dirty. as far as utilising just water? very difficult to do. but the flip side of that argument is would you rather carry water or 3 containers pressurised to 160 bar? thats 2240 psi. not my idea of a good time when faced with an auto accident.
Yepp, its not very difficult, its (as science is based today) impossible. Think of it. Solely water in a tank wont move your car a meter! If you add energy in form of electricity or maybe (as I understand you do) a different electrolyte and metall, then its not water only, is it?
I find it hard following you to 100% because you miss some words in you sentance... Rather go with water than a tank of H2 pressurized to 160 bar? Yes, but its irellevant.
i apolaguise, limited space to write. the big 5 auto makers have designed there cars with 160 bar holding tanks. so you still have to pull up to a filling station. just imagine the first tank that blows up and the 3 blocks of devastation it wipes out. End of hydrogen. you and i are obviously educated on different grounds. which is not a bad thing unless one of us gets frustrated. we just need to learn to comunicate in a way thats mutual. i'm 17 years under the wrench and a jack of all trades.
cont. i have no furthar education as far as acedemic goes then high school. i'm educated in a more crude way, which isn't nesesarely a bad thing considering the fact that polatics still guide the learning system in our nation. so i'm not limited by what they insist on to be the truth. i may not be qualified to fly the space shuttle, but i bet you i could learn to do it prwetty fast with the right teacher. and there would be a good chance i could teach them something new.
150 years ago i'm sure if you told a farmer he could plow his fields without an animal, using a gallon of lamp fuel. he would have laughed at you. i have not come up with salution more then an idea, in time this idea may or may not work towards a salution. but it seems as if your defeating this based on words. but you have not considered the dangers it would cause if i was "politically correct" about my statements. do you want the next door neighbor experimenting with this? if not you cont.
Yupp. 100 years ago...things that seems logic today would be strange then, but why neglect the HUGE leap we taken in science since then? I would love if my neighbor started experimenting with this, unless he stored large volume (or some masses) of hydrogen near my house, then I would have some one closer to argue/debating with...
cont. you should be carefull how you word things. these video's were intended to open peoples minds to the fact that there is alternatives out there. and if we waited for the automakers theres a good chance those wont be found until were dead or its too late.i wish i was born 100 years ago in some ways. what i would like to know is why are you out trying to defeat things with your intelligence. instead of helping to create? dont get me wrong, not all negative is bad. but only if good comes of it
"should be carefull how you word things"? What? Shouldnt I confront people on videos who claim they run their cars on water? Haha, you know one of the most important thing in science is about questioning everything! If people wouldn't question things, evolvment would stop. You are questioning the chain of energy in your society. Im questioning yours... Not to get angry about, its nothing personal. So in that sentance im helping to create.
yes as in i almost blew up my house not realising what kind of pressure i was creating. 2500 psi built up in 10 minuits inside this bottle. if i had used the improper container someone could have been killed. like me. so freely giving out the how to info isn't very wise. a majority of veiwers are kids, those kids dont have safety in mind. i have 17 years industrial experience to know when to run at least. plus i was alone, kids group up to experiment, they want friends to see.
if people only realised how simple it is to become independant of oil, gas, and even electricity. our dependacy on other countries would end. instead we fall lazy, and just pay the higher bills.its funny how around here your blackballed by the city if you become indapendant of a utility company. unless you live in a place that they dont offer services. i bought a home 10 years ago that i had to pay 2600 dollars for a water line that to this day still does not offer service to that house.
Ok, i might have missed something about your system, since you write how easy it is to "become independant of oil,gas and even electricity"... In a straightforward, short way, please explain how your system works, and what it do, with what...?
To me, the only way to become independent is to "harvest" solar, wind or water energy and storing it in a effective way.
with this system, and my other system you can cook food, heat your home, create a burner system to run a steam powered generator. or if they ever perfect the proton exchange membraine you can even draw the energy from the hydrogen to power your home or car. all with 3000 times less palution then with gasoline. and apparently cheaper by a long shot. at almost 4 dollars a gallon compared to the 1.98 it cost me to make all of my films for the fuel. id say i'm on the right track.
now when you die, do you want to be remembered for helping our children? or defeating someone that was trying to help our children? how do you want to be remembered in life?
As a man who created knowledge by thinking openly and objective but critically.
Serious, dude, if you see me (and my comments) as a atempt to "defeat" you, then maybe shouldnt posted your video, enabling comments, on the worlds biggest OPEN/"free" videosite...None the less taking/letting your invention/system be a object of any impartic validation...
Some people don't like to hear the oposite of what they think/belive in, but then they are not ment to be in a discussion/argument.
i think you misunderstood. i did acknoledge bad was still good, as long good come out of it. but it seemed you were basing your argument on one side. without even showing the other side. so yes gasoline is much more energy per mass in volume. but what does volume have to do with things? the energy potential of hydrogen is far more superior to gasoline in many ways. its just harder to get hydrogen out of water as of yet. i can build a hydrogen generator in 10 minuits and cook food over it.
As I wrote earlier, Since you cannot go through any sort of open validation where anyone look at your concept without stating/proving input vs. output, and the most easiest way to measure output is volyme of hydrogen gas or Oxyhydrogen. Thats why. Why not make a open valve that leads a pipe to a water filled measuring tube and see why output your system have?
With power zaps system there would be little to no Oxyhydrogen gas produced. The Oxygen is taken up in the reaction to produce (Aluminium Oxide which remains in the solution). There may be some chlorine gas as muriatic acid is hydrochloric acid, there may be some reaction with the container as well as most metals contain a small amounts of sulfur making Hydrogen sulfite gas and also carbon, but mostly it should contain just pure Hydrogen gas.
The energy going in is provided by the Aluminium and this reaction would be very energy inefficient if it was just looked at as volume of gas produced (lots of wasted heat produced). But that is a very unfair way to look at it. You are getting not only the gas but also the pressure to store it in the same reaction and also as scrap aluminium is used, maybe the question that needs to be asked is not the efficiency but is it economical and is it safe?
If it is to be used in a vehicle you would have to add in the energy lost to transport the cylinder and aluminium and electrolyte around and compare that to the equivalent in gasoline or diesel and the fuel tank. There are many variables and only a functioning prototype would answer those questions.
the only part of your coment i felt was unjust is you proclaiming gasoline had 3000 times the power potential without offering the fact that it is irrelevent to the fact at hand here.
Why is that irrelevant in any way when we/you are talking about this system and hydrogen producing systems in general and oil/gas dependency AND when your video shows it mounted to a engine?
Well, is the figure ~2700 wrong? I acknowledge hydrogen have a higher energy density in weight. But, a very small amount of people take the time to understand the energy density of hydrogen, since 1L of hydrogen gas "feels" like equivalent of gasoline and makes a big bang...
now a car that runs on propane isn't filled with propane is it? no its filled with liquid propane, liquid propane at a resting state is 70 psi per lb roughly. that is once it hits air. far cry better then 2240 psi the automakers want to do. water being used for my ultimate system. creates 2500 psi per 3 gallons of water, with chemical and solid scrap waste mixed in. i've never fully tried or even know where to begin to measure how much volume i get per gallon. its alot.
Yes, You are right, liquid propane. Its possible because propane have a much higher energy density (in volume) than hydrogen, and as you write, its take faaaar less energy to transform propane (gas) to propane (liquid) by pressurization... So what does this add to the water fuel discussion?
water in your "ulimate system" creates 2500 psi (pressure) of what? Hydrogen? per 3 gallons of water... Measured by cealing the container during reaction?
its merely a speculation that in order to make hydrogen feasable to use, and safe. it would require water form first. i ran my v-8 engine for 20 minuits at a high idle. after firing my torch for the video. that v-8 engine gets a whopping 6 miles per gallon. i used a carbon dioxide bottle and less then a gallon of water. tell me how a gallon (7 lbs) of propane. or a gallon of gas could do the same? still more digs on hydrogen being so low powered. i dont see it to be true.
heres the major downfall of my system. hydrogen brittlisation. it attackes the hardened areas inside the motor and literally robs them of there carbons. leaving gas pock and pockets behind in the metals. right now i'm working with another guy chris, to hopefully counteract this problem by introducing carbon into the gas system. long process and low time and funds may prove to be the main killer. if i can find a sealing agent, or make a diesel engine out of ceramic then maybey
one last thing to think about. every car and truck today already has a hydrogen generator in it. its called a battery. the battery produces hydrogen as its being used under load, or charged. how often do you have to add water to your battery? for that matter how often do you have to add electrolyte? but it still produces enough gasses to blow it sky high
Haha. Remember that Gasoline have 3000 times the energy that hydrogen have in atmospheric pressure per unit of volume. So, I have never seen a battery blown by the the raction of biproduct hydrogen gas and oxygen, but i have heard it and seen the results... And I also know that the primary danger is sulphuric acid blasting in ones face, not the explosion itself...
So, by thinking how much gasoline will make the same blast? 0,5 ml? if so, thats not much hydrogen.
how do you figure gasoline has 3000 times the energy that hydrogen does? because it burns slower? and when you say unit of volume, how are you basing the unit of volume for hydrogen? gallon of water compared to gallon of gasoline? with a gallon of water i can cut steel with my torch. i would never achieve the heat needed to do this with gas. so energy being the measure, and weighed by thermal aspects. gasoline in no way is 3000 times more powerfull. prove your theory please
Pure hydrogen gas in a defined unit of volume have a low (energy) density. I hope you know what energy density is? Its usually measured in weight, but since no discussion about hydrogen is in Kg, it becomes useless. So, hydrogen have a higher density than gasoline, maybe highest of all fuels? But in terms of volume 1 L of H2 equals 12.7 MJ/m3, thats 0,0127 MJ/L. Gasoline "weighs in at" 34.2 MJ/L. So, Gasoline containes 2692 times energy in volume compared to hydrogen. Volume unit is at NTP.
Maybe i didnt answer your "volume" question fully. Since most of the videomakers on youtube define their product gas in litre/minute... Well, I think i did answer it. if the unit of volume (X) is 2 Litre, than you know that 2700*X is the volume of hydrogen needed to reach equvalent energy of gasoline... Vice versa would beee X/2700.
Please, Hydrogen can cut steel with your torch, not water!
actually your last statement is only half correct. water can cut steel, but not with my torch. you have based most of your argument on numbers and facts, i have based most of mine on experience and experimentation. i assume you have experimented with hydrogen first hand? or is your argument based apon just reading? do me a favor. look up hydrogen fundementals here on you tube. and watch at least the first 4 out of ten series. if after that you still think i'm wasting my time. let me know.
ok for one. how can you weigh something that is lighter then air? and another question, could you tell me the difference between a high octane fuel. and a low octane fuel? and which fuel is most like hydrogen as far as burn efficiencey? these answers will tell me if your more text book then hands on.
Q:how can you weigh something that is lighter then air?
A1:Weigh it in a vacuum. Or
A2:Get a sealed container the larger and lighter the better. Weigh the container with just air in it. Fill container with the gas. Weigh it again. It should way less than when it had just air, you can then establish a ratio of the gases weight to the weight of air. The container can be ignored as it is the same in both measurements.
Since you have got a good explaination on your question, I will just fill in how i do it (similar to both).
Take a container, suck all the air out to get close to vacuum, weigh it. attatch a hoose/pipe where the hydrogen come from. Mount a valve and a pressure indicator between the containers. run your system for a while letting some hydrogen out to make sure most hydrogen gas is in your system, open the valve, wait until you reach 1 bar. weigh it (will prob. be little change).
OMG. Christpunchy nailed it on the head. You wiegh a container filled with air. Then replace the air with anything else and weigh again. You explaination is not accurate and is too lenghty.
ah i see. well heres the bottom line with me. i'm no scientist. i have a difficult time understanding the text book end of all of this. what i am is someone who very easily turned a bunch of scrap metal into usable energy at a very small cost to my pocket book. since our discussion started i've helped alot of people both locally and afar reach the same goal. i helped one friend cut up 5 cars with nothing but hydrogen and oxygen. out of pocket fuel cost? 10 bucks then normal oxygen cost
yes except for one thing, hydrogen is lighter then air. its power to mass or weight ration is very little when measured like that. but the power to volume ration is incredible. you can compress hydrogen to an unlimited amount. its the gas they use to perform experiments under extreme pressures with for stabilising the enviroment. the big 3 automakers want to use 400 bar pressurised containers in new cars. all they are doing is requiring you to have to use a service station.
Oh ,about the octane. It was quite a few years ago since i studied chemistry in high school, i belive what differs high/low octane is the ammount/ratio of octane vs some sort of heptane, which has a describing value for anti-nocking and autoignition.
Since, im far from sure what charecteristics a high octane fuel have vs low, besides its more expensive and used in racing, i guess high octane will be the closest to hydrogen.
your incorrect, the higher octane fuel is the furthest away from hydrogen. it has more stablisors in it to control the burn and eliminate pinging or pre-detination of the fuel. dont worry 95% of the people asked get that question wrong. you were correct with your first answer. your first answer should have paved the way for the second one. if you reveiw you will see where your error came in. first in determining higher octane had addative to stop pinging, 2nd what causes pinging.
Your the one incorrect. Hydrogen has an octane rating of 130. He was right. Higher octane fuel does not have "more" stabilizers, it has , on average, longer hydrocarbon (or heavier) on average. Low octane gas has on average must shorter (or lighter) hydrocarbon chains. Cyclic rings like Toluene, Napthalene, Benzene, and others raise octane dramatically since they are heavier. He was only wrong with "amount of octane", Octane (the eight carbon chain) is not in play. Its just a nomenclature.
i stand corrected. i should have done my research before assuming. but i thank you because it spurred me to do alot more research on hydrogen. thanks for the insight.
so explain to me again your one sided argument of a two sided question? and please, lets refrain from the small digs and maybey we both can come out of this with a little more knoledge then we came into it. unless your goal is to just downgrade hydrogen and place all negatives and forget any posatives. and i will try to leave out the fact that hydrogen is 0 emitions
The car has been the big point of interest with this, but what if "we" heated water then pumped it through a coil in your heating system. the HHO system could be ran on batteries charged with solar. No more gas or oil bill. Screw OPEC
its just making h2o a gassouse state. steam isn't flamable as we know. now if you introduce into this factor another elament to force the two elaments to seperate, that in turn creates not just one but two seperate elaments that are both equally flamable. there is no right and wrong answers here. so keep the ideas flowing. i'm getting ready to move to an island where they are hot and heavy to get away from import fuels. what better method then hydrogen.
some of the best fancy resteraunts use hydrogen to cook the food. its supposed to produce the best food y6ou have ever tasted. whats better is hydrogen doesn't produce any fumes 100% emission free. so you dont have to run an exhaust if using it for heat in your home. with no exhaust meens no loss of btu's thru a chimney. i made a generator once on the boat when we ran out of fuel. used a water cooler, some wire water and battery acid for a reactor. we got home on it.
Is what you have in the bottle that is running the truck HHO derived from the standard hho generators? Is there a site that explains the dangers of high and low pressure storage.
as far as a site goes, i have not found one yet. i'm working now to counteract the deteriation of the bottle sides by either lining the sides with a resin based fiberglass or carbon fiber.or adding the electricity to the chemical process and turning the container into the ground itself so it reinforces itself as its being used.this video was filmed using strictly a chemical reaction only.you will find that it in fact stabelises under pressure and becomes volitile when that pressure is relieved
oh by the way, for those of you who dont have the volume up and dont listen to our coments.i did not invent this, its actually a process that can happen several different ways. it happens in nature on its own.but i did invent on my own a system that you can run efficiently and safely in most engines. but i dont claim fame or sellers rights. reason is because i dont want to limit the info getting out
there are many things and ways to use this energy. with new forms of energy come new challenges. as chrispcrunchy pointed out to me, and is working towards over coming the issue of hydrogen brittlisation. if you take a little information from each of us, you will be able to create your own salution. then share it with the others and together we can eliminate the dependacy on outside fuel sources. now as you know just heating water isn't seperating the elaments.
Not so much water pressure laying down!. has to go through more water standing up yes, But, Impressed all the same mate. > Keep it up and lets ahve some more videos, it may help me a lot mate..
yes this needs to be treated like a propane bottle or any liquid gas. also avoid over filling or you may clog your valves. i am now implamenting this with my on demand system and hope to have it operational this week. i switched to a scuba steel tank for more resistance to the chemicals
Have you had any sucess with the truck conversion?
grfximage 2 months ago

CRIMINALS!
tropophyte 4 months ago
@tropophyte you are right, but unfortunatly the technology was burried back then. That is why I am spreading the word, to show people (new generation) what is out there. I will be doing more movie's showing people how easy it is to go green. Bush administration says it all.

@powerzap69 You are right. It pisses me off that they buried it. Good job spreading the word. Don't get killed spreading the news.

@powerzap69 its a 94 GMC sierra 2500 with a 350. and it has around 230,000 miles
theDENNISw22 1 month ago
@theDENNISw22 94 gmc uses the odb1 system with an exhaust mounted knock sensor I believe. The high miles will work in your favor due to the engine being very forgiving. Should be a tbi (throttle body injection) now a possibility to look into is an option offered in 93 a natural gas version of the 5.7-liter V8 became available. That system would take care of 90% of the conversion. I still don't recommend 100% hydrogen but a 50/50 mix wouldn't be bad with natural gas

Thumbs up?
zhron 1 year ago
@zhron thank you, but I'm not in this game for getting rich. I've been rich and never found happyness in it. I have found happyness in showing people new things they never dreamed could be possible. I actually set aside a million dollar making business to research hydrogen years ago. I did so with few regrets. I'm fullfilling my bucket list.
powerzap69 1 year ago
Make a balloon with that. I'm curious as to how that would work. Cause all you'd need is a water vapor condenser to take water from the air to keep the burner filled. Would be an brilliant match.
Netkiller3714 1 year ago
@Netkiller3714 they have been using hydrogen for balloons since before the civil war. the zepplin was filled with hydrogen and also painted with lead paint thats why it blew up when it went through a static electric storm. Its still safer to use hot air or helium an inert gas.
powerzap69 1 year ago
@powerzap69 The balloon wouldn't have straight Hydrogen in it. The vapors are nothing more then water. Good try tho. :P
Netkiller3714 1 year ago
@Netkiller3714 Ok but water vapors are still heavier unless your refering to steam? If so then why add the extra weight of the condensed water to the factor? And just use hot dry air? I guess I'm not fully understanding you but curious to what you are saying. I'm always open to new veiws.
powerzap69 1 year ago
@powerzap69 most likely wouldn't work but the rising water vapors would add lift. When water evaporates it rises no? Just saying. May not work tho.
Netkiller3714 1 year ago
@Netkiller3714 yes moisture does ride with the hot air until it builds enough weight then it rains

Landotter1 1 year ago
@Landotter1 I can't say any furthar either way because my intel was based on info given to me just like you gave me that. In fact it was given to me right here in the coment section of one of my movies. So you may be right, and I will research it to get my facts strait. but the guy who told me worded in excactly like you did, and even added info about the investigation being opened back up due to new technology available to examine the evidence. So I owe you a thank you and apolagy if wrong.
powerzap69 1 year ago
@powerzap69 You don't owe me any apologies man, you have been cool about everything and not disrespectful in the least. Anyway, yeah, the powdered aluminum was what stuck out in my mind and I think you are absolutely right about the iron, which is why it burned so red in color, well along with the hydrogen... Celulose? may as well have been black powder! That damn thing was a flying bomb but hydrogen atoms are so small, they had to encase the thing like a bottle to keep it from escaping.
Landotter1 1 year ago
@Landotter1 Actually I enjoyed reading about it for the first time ever. Previously all my intel was heresay. I havn't been quoting things correctly according to what I read. It seems there were a bunch of things working against each other that probably caused the explosion. The best part of the artical was the fact5 it showed me excactly why the hydrogen and oxygen I compressed never pre-ignited in the bottle. because hydrogen is stable below 600 degrees.
powerzap69 1 year ago
@powerzap69 pressurizing makes it more hot, I read somewhere 25psi was the max but don't know wether it's true. Why not separate the H from the O ?
brightmannn 1 year ago
@brightmannn you are partially correct. Pressurizing it does increase the heat. But it remains stable until roughly around 600 deg. when mixed with oxygen. That is why it will only run in a diesel engine once its to temp. If it was 25 psi I wouldn't be here today. It's hard to seperate the H from the O when doing it through a chemical process. I am working on a non pressurised system for home heating purposes right now, and will be filming it.
powerzap69 1 year ago
@Landotter1 Proponents of this theory point out that the coatings on the fabric contained both iron oxide and aluminum-impregnated cellulose acetate butyrate (CAB). These components remain potentially reactive even after fully setting. In fact, iron oxide and aluminum can be used as components of solid rocket fuel or thermite.
powerzap69 1 year ago
@powerzap69 You very well may have something there. I was watching a documentary a long time ago and they had a piece of the outer skin and they took a small sample, lit it on fire and it crackeled and popped whilst burning that red color... Iron oxide, maybe? It just seems like they concentrated on the aluminum powder though, which is why it stood out in my mind. They lit this material on fire many decades after and it still reacted like that.... WOW! Yes, you are right about rocket fuel!!!
Landotter1 1 year ago

Right now were basically just trying to iron out the magneto part.
powerzap69 1 year ago
@breeannaqktjbl Actually the oil companies don't have to do much at all. There so ingrained with so many other industries it's pathetic. 3 years ago I submitted my Ebooks on hydrogen to Hotrod magazine to request a dyno run on hydrogen to get the in's & out's on the proper timing a fuel ratio. I forgot who there major sponsors were. Its all the mighty dollar anymore.

I just wanted to let everyone know they should keep a close eye on my movies. I'm planning on a new movie to re-create the whole incadent of running out of gas on my boat.were setting things up now but were still trying to locate a suitable engine to run the hydrogen to. something simple and un-deniable that we are doing just what were claiming.
powerzap69 1 year ago
I would once again like to say to everyone who watches this video. It is up to us as individuals to do our part. We all need to set the remote down, spend some time learning how to improove our own lives. Our goverment is hopeless in that effort. A simple solar or wind power system could not only save you thousands of dollars, it could also reduce the amount of power needing to be generated. One solar array and a power controller is a great start you dont need batteries to reduce your costs

how long does 2500 pounds last if you drive it, or how many miles can you go on 2500 pounds?

@shartne well with this system linked in line with an on demand system, it lasts a long time. just the one bottle fill allowed me to film both movies and fill a 30 gallon trash bag full of hydrogen and sent it flying over the mountain. also once depleted you just wait a few minuits and it regenerates itself 75%

QuarkToo 2 years ago
too bad, well since your so smart, and apparently have common sense. what fuels your moped down the road? im sure its gasoline. because most people like you are to lazy to try something new. instead you spend all your time badmouthing those that are trying. key word is try. when is the last time you tried doing something posative? Or thought about the disaster were leaving our children to clean up? At least im trying.
powerzap69 2 years ago
Dude, it took me 2 and a half years of full time work but I figured out Meyer. You don't think I am trying? You should see my junk pile!
Everything Stan said was true. ZERO current passes through the water. Resonance is everything. Opposite voltage potential ramps it right up. Zero heat in the cell. impedance and hysteresis matter a bunch. Chokes need to be pretty damn close to get the max. output.
I have close up photos of Meyer's actual PWM and alternator board. That gave it away. :-)

ok, hey i ran my van on hydrogen i bought a huge bottle full and ran it, it ran well with fuel but straight hho it was pinging under load, man be careful with hho buildup its more dangerous than a bottle of pure hh, had a bubbler explode on me once wasnt prettty but hey just be focused with it man
hhohydrogen 2 years ago
it was pinging due to your timing being to far retarded back. hho operates best closer to TDC (top dead center) then gasoline. which allows you less power loss due to fighting the explosion. i appreciate your concern. and im always carefull. granted osha would shut me down if they ever inspected. lol

well i have viewed the files they have of meyers system. but unfortunately i dont have the proper education to fully understand it. i never claimed to be smarter then i am. and i almost blew up the kitchen on several occasions. i also know that without the properly built engine. that hydrogen brittlisation will be a problem. all im trying to do is invoke thought. Ive succeded with my goal. hopefully someone will take it to the next step. good luck

wow color me lucky then, i guess it says alot for common sense then, especially considering i've been at this for close to 2 years now. and my first bottle is sitting on my front porch. are you sure your not missing the fact that if your carefull? you may just survive an idiot mishap?

ok now if you will take the time to explain to me how a spark could reach up thru my victor torch head (with built in anti flash valve. and ignite my mixture. id be willing to rethink this whole process. i'm not claiming to have solved the worlds problems. i only want to get people to start thinking outside the box. if i can bring a boat into shore with an igloo cooler and some empty beer cans mixed with lake water and battery acid. and not blow myself up. just think with the right tools.
powerzap69 2 years ago
Cool stuff, but are you using aluminium for a reactant ? takes a lot of energy to make that. Did u see knowpup's demonstration on making H2 where the leftovers actually are an in demand product (according to knowpup )
HeavyDemir 3 years ago
scrap aluminum, which to be reused or recycled uses alot of energy. so i found a new use for it where it creates energy instead. and yes they can now reuse whats left over
powerzap69 3 years ago
One other question. Does the reaction continue until all the chemical is spent, or can you turn off the valve and turn it on again later?
Deke101 3 years ago
both top notch questions. the chemical is never spent in reality. just the solids its reacting with. there is a small loss. but mostly due to boiling into the line. but i have a salution for that. and that salution makes this system better then most out there. and yes you can install several types of shut off valves. N.O.S. makes one that will twist the top valve on most std bottles electrically. made for race cars. but i always recomend more then one shut off.
powerzap69 3 years ago
Hmm... It shouldn't be too hard to rig a second valve to the accelerator pedal. You obviously don't have to worry about a pump. Damn, you got my gears turning! I think the wife is gonna be PISSED! LOL!
Deke101 3 years ago
you need to think of this system along the lines as a propane conversion. but unfortunatly you cannot use a propane set up. pressure is too low with propane compared to this. now a chambered system with a rotating assembly to seperate the solids from the liquids is what i've been trying to devise.
powerzap69 3 years ago
Hey, Steve. Have you tried smaller bottles like maybe 20 oz CO2 tanks used for paintball. Maybe line a few of them up to create the same gas in a smaller unit.
Deke101 3 years ago
be very carefull with anything small like that. the sides are to weak to handle the corrosive chemicals and heat. the bottles i use are close to an inch thick. after a certain point the chemical will no longer react with the insides. something ceramic lined would be ideal for long term. but i try to use bottles rated for over 5000 psi for safety. my reaction is extreme. the nice thing about it is you dont have to add chemicals very often. they wont dissapate unless they boil over
powerzap69 3 years ago
OK. Now WHERE do you get such a tank? Even welding tanks aren't that thick. It sounds a bit costly.
Deke101 3 years ago
my first tank was an aluminum co2 tank. maybey not quit as thick as i said but still thiock. second tank was a nitrogen tank. then i finally settled with a steel scuba tank. which is rated for high pressure for deep water. but i got the best reaction out of the first tank.
powerzap69 3 years ago
hey im lone private scientist and i founded other way how to ride cars without burning gas and im willing to share it:
get a bucket of water and take + and - cord that goes to battery and put it in bucket of water, then take to 2 tubes that goes to ur engine in put them in bucket and cover that bucket very tight becasue it is going to steam and on that steam you can use 1 gallon of gas per like 200 miles.
grig24x 3 years ago
WOW!!! that's a new concept. now the only thing that puzzles me is this??? your a scientist correct? and instead of referring to the reaction as "electrolysis" you say "steam" what 4th world nation are you from? and excactly how long ago did indoor plumbing become the newest craze around there?
powerzap69 3 years ago
LOL!
Deke101 3 years ago
did you make or buy that torch?
kingkev2007 3 years ago
what kind of question is that? i'm not trying to sell the torch. its a tool used with another process. this video is to show that everyday items can be used with this system for a much cheaper and eviromentally clean way.
powerzap69 3 years ago
not really, it actually stablises at that pressure. the reaction i use actually produces very little oxygen. its only dangerouse if the container bursts or is introduced with a spark internally. there are ways to protect for both. automakers want to use containers pressurised to 400 bar multiply that by 16 and you have your psi. personally i feel thats more dangerouse then what i'm doing
powerzap69 3 years ago
Cont'd
And one more thing, how are you compressing your hydrogen to 2500 lbs? Isn't that dangerous???
wslybe 3 years ago
Cont'd
Also, I read below an interesting bottling method - suck the air out of a container, then replace it with HHO - except that you can't get all of the air out, so wouldn't you be diluting the hydrogen with air? OR do you separate the H from the O when you're making it, then adding only straight H?
Also, what kind of output are you getting for HHO, like liters / minute?
Thanks, and I'm considering buying your info. Keep up the good work!
wslybe 3 years ago
by putting a container under a vacuum your actually lowering the boiling point of the water. thats why you vacuum out your air conditioner unit pryor to charging it. and there is a difference between boiling water and actually seperating the two molicules. water vapor is still water. dont get me wrong. its good for a motor because it reduces carbon build up. its just not the same affect.
powerzap69 3 years ago
Nice work, I'm interested. I've been spending a fair amount of time researching this, getting my feet wet with actually experimenting.
So you're making it, then bottling it? Are you using an electrolyte additive like baking soda or some other? I'm not in favor with this as the water turns really dirty, heat is generated. I'm trying to use straight tap water with a pwm. Curious what cell design you use, how much amps it draws etc . . .
wslybe 3 years ago
i'm not using electricity. i'm strictly using a chemical base reaction to seperate the h2o and turning it into hho. my new design uses this in conjuntion with a low amp drawing on demand system which does two things. first it rinses the harmfull chemicals from the high pressure system and second uses those chemicals to help produce more in the on demand unit. so you have the best of both worlds. try hydrogen peroxide to reduce the build up on your plates. its amazing the difference it makes
powerzap69 3 years ago
do you make the hydrogen your self?
nice work!!!!!!
rcjera 3 years ago
make it, store it, and use it all from the same container. it allows for less loss that you gwet from transfering from container to container.
powerzap69 3 years ago
Are you using Calcium Hydyde? If not you should try it.
USAINK 3 years ago
not very familiar with it or the process. or even where to get it. i tried to stick with simple everyday componants that anyone can aquire and work with. but the main reason i used what i used was because it reacted with the container without a harsh deteriating factor when i switched to steel. and even less if i go carbon fibor reinforced.
powerzap69 3 years ago
Hope ya dont compress it more then 20psi it will explode. I done it inthe back yard under safe conditions.
Vistal1 3 years ago
then i dont know what you did wrong because i compressed mine to 2500 psi. watch the video, the guage is reading 500 psi. so you apparently had an unstable factor in there that caused it to explode. now when you say explode, do you meen self ignited? or burst the container?
powerzap69 3 years ago
Great vid. Nice torch set-up. Man i wish i took shop instead of calculus :( I've got an HHO unit and i can seperate the gases, but i don't know what is a safe and easy way to compress and contain the gases. Any suggestions?
jesslessthemess 3 years ago
well i creat and compress all at the same time. its the only way i've found to build enough hydrogen to do anything worthwhile.

stick to mopars my friend. thats an industrial block 352, which is the base block for the 352 360 362 390 and the 409. its cast into the engine in several places. i'm very familiar with ford 351w 351m and 351c and none of those engines even closely resembles the 352 industrial
powerzap69 3 years ago
but i've found depending on the type of unit your using you can use the engine vacuum to keep your pressures low. and give a vacuum to the container versus a pressure vessel. hydrogen is very hard to contain due to the small molecular structure of it. thats why its better to produce it as needed then stop. keep in mind a battery is a simple form of hydrogen generator in itself.
powerzap69 3 years ago
I say people just dont get it, hydrogen is the fual of the future no more smog, emitions, what ever you wanna call it people need to push for this fual to be used in everything we need this technology. Make it and use it I say who cares about the cost of it, we will have better health and less illness and where ever you live useing HHO in will be like walking through a rain forest and brething in nice fresh AIR is'nt that what we all want????
deltahho 3 years ago 5
yes but the reality of things are we live in a society of arm chair quarterbacks. who would rather sit behind a tv complaining about our goverment versus being out doing something about it. we have grown into a lazy nation thats getting fat. our kids are computer junkies who dont even hardly know what its like to ride there bikes to the creek. we as parents are to worried some sicko would make them headline news.
powerzap69 3 years ago
well here's the bottom line, if the engine can be protected from hydrogen brutalization. its safer/cleaner then propane. and cheaper/cleaner then gas.new system utilises both high pressure chem mix regulated into a electric unit. apart each has its own faults. together they play very well. it uses very little battery amps. and combined they take 4 gallons of water, which turns out to be the equivalent of 10 gallons of gas. this is all theory, but based upon countless hours of experimentation
powerzap69 3 years ago
Mr Powerzap. I have asked a number of significant questions during our dialog, saddly most of them you haven't answered, either you missed them, or as (tragicly) custom in hydrogen debates, neglected...
You have been the most paitient commenter Iv ever debated with, but as I have tried to answer your questions I feel its not mutual.
So, heres one last try:
How is your system working/built up?
from 4 gallons of water you get energy as in 10 gallons of gas? 15 L to 37,8...
Johanoeberg 3 years ago
well i apolaguise. i tried to answer all of your questions to the best of my knoledge. keep in mind, all i've done with hydrogen has been mostly hands on. as far as how or why or what. those questions i truly cannot answer. but in the same aspect, you cannot answer which metal creates more hydrogen, what side of the impulse hydrogen is emitted from. or how hot the reaction gets as your hauling as to the kitchen so you dont melt your carpet when it pops. and i cant fit 4 e-books in 400 words
powerzap69 3 years ago
Well. If i as you how your system is built up, I would be suprised if you DIDN*T know, but if you want to answer... thats another thing... Apparantly
So, good luck!
Johanoeberg 3 years ago
why dont you do me a favor. well do an experiment. ask jayman20ja what i recently did for him. and how he asked me. that is unless your afraid to face any personal fears? you remind me of a guy i once knew. he would walk into a party, and treat woman like crap. surprisingly he would actually get a woman to go home with him. but come to find out that i didn't see the point in using that method. because the women he would go home with, usually turned out to be psycho's
powerzap69 3 years ago
i hope you see the point i'm trying to make here. if not, then good luck.
now, i'm not sure if you spent the time to read the coments on all of my video's? if you havn't then maybey you should. i've had alot of people read them and just from those coments, were able to reproduce the same results. and you being a smart educated kid, i'm sure you could put together a energy system, that has 3000 times less the energy then gas per mass
powerzap69 3 years ago
Ahh come on. So, you are saying you have found a way to drive your car/truck on water?
Im just so curios why the entire world of scientist can't make the same progress in terms of hydrogen use as you.... They all being bribed by the oil companies?
Or is it that you see to profit some from your ebooks?
Johanoeberg 3 years ago
no i simply want to show people it can be done. i've given away more free copies of my ebook then sold. and i think you need to dig a little deeper. every major automaker has a hydrogen car. even boing has a plane. but yet there leaning towards a smarter technology by utilising electric motors instead. less moving parts and quieter. profit wasn't my goal, knoledge was. and knoledge and friends who shared the same dream i got
powerzap69 3 years ago
You are right; almost every major automaker has a H2 vehicle, but the fill it with hydrogen. Not water!!!
You know why? Because they know that its the hydrogen that containes the net energy, if they were to fill it with water, they would need a large battery for it to go somewhere...
Agree?
Then the battery will run out and the water is just, useless. So in that case I find it better runing on just batteries.
I ask you again:
Have you come up with a method to utilize water "only"?
Johanoeberg 3 years ago
i think you are wrong in that aspect. they fill with hydrogen so you have to still pull up to a fueling station to refill your tanks. its easy to run off pure water. but they dont want you to know this

sorry for the delay in response. if i was going to build a new car to run on hydrogen. i would definatly go electric drive. now the problem we have here is there are millions of cars that run on gas. very expensive and dirty. as far as utilising just water? very difficult to do. but the flip side of that argument is would you rather carry water or 3 containers pressurised to 160 bar? thats 2240 psi. not my idea of a good time when faced with an auto accident.
powerzap69 3 years ago
very dificult utilizing just water?
Yepp, its not very difficult, its (as science is based today) impossible. Think of it. Solely water in a tank wont move your car a meter! If you add energy in form of electricity or maybe (as I understand you do) a different electrolyte and metall, then its not water only, is it?
I find it hard following you to 100% because you miss some words in you sentance... Rather go with water than a tank of H2 pressurized to 160 bar? Yes, but its irellevant.
Johanoeberg 3 years ago
i apolaguise, limited space to write. the big 5 auto makers have designed there cars with 160 bar holding tanks. so you still have to pull up to a filling station. just imagine the first tank that blows up and the 3 blocks of devastation it wipes out. End of hydrogen. you and i are obviously educated on different grounds. which is not a bad thing unless one of us gets frustrated. we just need to learn to comunicate in a way thats mutual. i'm 17 years under the wrench and a jack of all trades.
powerzap69 3 years ago
cont. i have no furthar education as far as acedemic goes then high school. i'm educated in a more crude way, which isn't nesesarely a bad thing considering the fact that polatics still guide the learning system in our nation. so i'm not limited by what they insist on to be the truth. i may not be qualified to fly the space shuttle, but i bet you i could learn to do it prwetty fast with the right teacher. and there would be a good chance i could teach them something new.

150 years ago i'm sure if you told a farmer he could plow his fields without an animal, using a gallon of lamp fuel. he would have laughed at you. i have not come up with salution more then an idea, in time this idea may or may not work towards a salution. but it seems as if your defeating this based on words. but you have not considered the dangers it would cause if i was "politically correct" about my statements. do you want the next door neighbor experimenting with this? if not you cont.
powerzap69 3 years ago
Yupp. 100 years ago...things that seems logic today would be strange then, but why neglect the HUGE leap we taken in science since then? I would love if my neighbor started experimenting with this, unless he stored large volume (or some masses) of hydrogen near my house, then I would have some one closer to argue/debating with...
Johanoeberg 3 years ago
cont. you should be carefull how you word things. these video's were intended to open peoples minds to the fact that there is alternatives out there. and if we waited for the automakers theres a good chance those wont be found until were dead or its too late.i wish i was born 100 years ago in some ways. what i would like to know is why are you out trying to defeat things with your intelligence. instead of helping to create? dont get me wrong, not all negative is bad. but only if good comes of it
powerzap69 3 years ago
"should be carefull how you word things"? What? Shouldnt I confront people on videos who claim they run their cars on water? Haha, you know one of the most important thing in science is about questioning everything! If people wouldn't question things, evolvment would stop. You are questioning the chain of energy in your society. Im questioning yours... Not to get angry about, its nothing personal. So in that sentance im helping to create.
Johanoeberg 3 years ago
yes as in i almost blew up my house not realising what kind of pressure i was creating. 2500 psi built up in 10 minuits inside this bottle. if i had used the improper container someone could have been killed. like me. so freely giving out the how to info isn't very wise. a majority of veiwers are kids, those kids dont have safety in mind. i have 17 years industrial experience to know when to run at least. plus i was alone, kids group up to experiment, they want friends to see.
powerzap69 3 years ago
if people only realised how simple it is to become independant of oil, gas, and even electricity. our dependacy on other countries would end. instead we fall lazy, and just pay the higher bills.its funny how around here your blackballed by the city if you become indapendant of a utility company. unless you live in a place that they dont offer services. i bought a home 10 years ago that i had to pay 2600 dollars for a water line that to this day still does not offer service to that house.
powerzap69 3 years ago
Ok, i might have missed something about your system, since you write how easy it is to "become independant of oil,gas and even electricity"... In a straightforward, short way, please explain how your system works, and what it do, with what...?
To me, the only way to become independent is to "harvest" solar, wind or water energy and storing it in a effective way.
Johanoeberg 3 years ago
with this system, and my other system you can cook food, heat your home, create a burner system to run a steam powered generator. or if they ever perfect the proton exchange membraine you can even draw the energy from the hydrogen to power your home or car. all with 3000 times less palution then with gasoline. and apparently cheaper by a long shot. at almost 4 dollars a gallon compared to the 1.98 it cost me to make all of my films for the fuel. id say i'm on the right track.
powerzap69 3 years ago
now when you die, do you want to be remembered for helping our children? or defeating someone that was trying to help our children? how do you want to be remembered in life?

As a man who created knowledge by thinking openly and objective but critically.
Serious, dude, if you see me (and my comments) as a atempt to "defeat" you, then maybe shouldnt posted your video, enabling comments, on the worlds biggest OPEN/"free" videosite...None the less taking/letting your invention/system be a object of any impartic validation...
Some people don't like to hear the oposite of what they think/belive in, but then they are not ment to be in a discussion/argument.
Johanoeberg 3 years ago
i think you misunderstood. i did acknoledge bad was still good, as long good come out of it. but it seemed you were basing your argument on one side. without even showing the other side. so yes gasoline is much more energy per mass in volume. but what does volume have to do with things? the energy potential of hydrogen is far more superior to gasoline in many ways. its just harder to get hydrogen out of water as of yet. i can build a hydrogen generator in 10 minuits and cook food over it.
powerzap69 3 years ago
As I wrote earlier, Since you cannot go through any sort of open validation where anyone look at your concept without stating/proving input vs. output, and the most easiest way to measure output is volyme of hydrogen gas or Oxyhydrogen. Thats why. Why not make a open valve that leads a pipe to a water filled measuring tube and see why output your system have?
Johanoeberg 3 years ago
With power zaps system there would be little to no Oxyhydrogen gas produced. The Oxygen is taken up in the reaction to produce (Aluminium Oxide which remains in the solution). There may be some chlorine gas as muriatic acid is hydrochloric acid, there may be some reaction with the container as well as most metals contain a small amounts of sulfur making Hydrogen sulfite gas and also carbon, but mostly it should contain just pure Hydrogen gas.
ChrisPCrunchy 3 years ago
Continued
The energy going in is provided by the Aluminium and this reaction would be very energy inefficient if it was just looked at as volume of gas produced (lots of wasted heat produced). But that is a very unfair way to look at it. You are getting not only the gas but also the pressure to store it in the same reaction and also as scrap aluminium is used, maybe the question that needs to be asked is not the efficiency but is it economical and is it safe?
ChrisPCrunchy 3 years ago
Continued
If it is to be used in a vehicle you would have to add in the energy lost to transport the cylinder and aluminium and electrolyte around and compare that to the equivalent in gasoline or diesel and the fuel tank. There are many variables and only a functioning prototype would answer those questions.
ChrisPCrunchy 3 years ago
the only part of your coment i felt was unjust is you proclaiming gasoline had 3000 times the power potential without offering the fact that it is irrelevent to the fact at hand here.
powerzap69 3 years ago
Why is that irrelevant in any way when we/you are talking about this system and hydrogen producing systems in general and oil/gas dependency AND when your video shows it mounted to a engine?
Well, is the figure ~2700 wrong? I acknowledge hydrogen have a higher energy density in weight. But, a very small amount of people take the time to understand the energy density of hydrogen, since 1L of hydrogen gas "feels" like equivalent of gasoline and makes a big bang...
Johanoeberg 3 years ago
now a car that runs on propane isn't filled with propane is it? no its filled with liquid propane, liquid propane at a resting state is 70 psi per lb roughly. that is once it hits air. far cry better then 2240 psi the automakers want to do. water being used for my ultimate system. creates 2500 psi per 3 gallons of water, with chemical and solid scrap waste mixed in. i've never fully tried or even know where to begin to measure how much volume i get per gallon. its alot.
powerzap69 3 years ago
Yes, You are right, liquid propane. Its possible because propane have a much higher energy density (in volume) than hydrogen, and as you write, its take faaaar less energy to transform propane (gas) to propane (liquid) by pressurization... So what does this add to the water fuel discussion?
water in your "ulimate system" creates 2500 psi (pressure) of what? Hydrogen? per 3 gallons of water... Measured by cealing the container during reaction?
Johanoeberg 3 years ago
its merely a speculation that in order to make hydrogen feasable to use, and safe. it would require water form first. i ran my v-8 engine for 20 minuits at a high idle. after firing my torch for the video. that v-8 engine gets a whopping 6 miles per gallon. i used a carbon dioxide bottle and less then a gallon of water. tell me how a gallon (7 lbs) of propane. or a gallon of gas could do the same? still more digs on hydrogen being so low powered. i dont see it to be true.
powerzap69 3 years ago
heres the major downfall of my system. hydrogen brittlisation. it attackes the hardened areas inside the motor and literally robs them of there carbons. leaving gas pock and pockets behind in the metals. right now i'm working with another guy chris, to hopefully counteract this problem by introducing carbon into the gas system. long process and low time and funds may prove to be the main killer. if i can find a sealing agent, or make a diesel engine out of ceramic then maybey
powerzap69 3 years ago
one last thing to think about. every car and truck today already has a hydrogen generator in it. its called a battery. the battery produces hydrogen as its being used under load, or charged. how often do you have to add water to your battery? for that matter how often do you have to add electrolyte? but it still produces enough gasses to blow it sky high
powerzap69 3 years ago
Battery as electrolyser =D
Johanoeberg 3 years ago
how do you figure gasoline has 3000 times the energy that hydrogen does? because it burns slower? and when you say unit of volume, how are you basing the unit of volume for hydrogen? gallon of water compared to gallon of gasoline? with a gallon of water i can cut steel with my torch. i would never achieve the heat needed to do this with gas. so energy being the measure, and weighed by thermal aspects. gasoline in no way is 3000 times more powerfull. prove your theory please
powerzap69 3 years ago
Johanoeberg 3 years ago
Maybe i didnt answer your "volume" question fully. Since most of the videomakers on youtube define their product gas in litre/minute... Well, I think i did answer it. if the unit of volume (X) is 2 Litre, than you know that 2700*X is the volume of hydrogen needed to reach equvalent energy of gasoline... Vice versa would beee X/2700.
Please, Hydrogen can cut steel with your torch, not water!
Johanoeberg 3 years ago
actually your last statement is only half correct. water can cut steel, but not with my torch. you have based most of your argument on numbers and facts, i have based most of mine on experience and experimentation. i assume you have experimented with hydrogen first hand? or is your argument based apon just reading? do me a favor. look up hydrogen fundementals here on you tube. and watch at least the first 4 out of ten series. if after that you still think i'm wasting my time. let me know.
powerzap69 3 years ago
ok for one. how can you weigh something that is lighter then air? and another question, could you tell me the difference between a high octane fuel. and a low octane fuel? and which fuel is most like hydrogen as far as burn efficiencey? these answers will tell me if your more text book then hands on.
powerzap69 3 years ago
Q:how can you weigh something that is lighter then air?
A1:Weigh it in a vacuum. Or
A2:Get a sealed container the larger and lighter the better. Weigh the container with just air in it. Fill container with the gas. Weigh it again. It should way less than when it had just air, you can then establish a ratio of the gases weight to the weight of air. The container can be ignored as it is the same in both measurements.
ChrisPCrunchy 3 years ago
Since you have got a good explaination on your question, I will just fill in how i do it (similar to both).
Take a container, suck all the air out to get close to vacuum, weigh it. attatch a hoose/pipe where the hydrogen come from. Mount a valve and a pressure indicator between the containers. run your system for a while letting some hydrogen out to make sure most hydrogen gas is in your system, open the valve, wait until you reach 1 bar. weigh it (will prob. be little change).
Johanoeberg 3 years ago
OMG. Christpunchy nailed it on the head. You wiegh a container filled with air. Then replace the air with anything else and weigh again. You explaination is not accurate and is too lenghty.
buggar4466 3 years ago
My explanation is not accurate? Since when does going from vacuum to 100% of the gas wanted being inaccurate...?
Rather that then guessing all the air have been blown away.
Johanoeberg 3 years ago
i'm not understanding what this is in response too?
powerzap69 3 years ago
to buggar 4466 who thought my explination of weighing the product gas beeing "...not accurate and is too lenghty"
Why even bother to measure a substance (gas) if you cannot be sure of the purity and pressure (amongst other things)...
Johanoeberg 3 years ago
ah i see. well heres the bottom line with me. i'm no scientist. i have a difficult time understanding the text book end of all of this. what i am is someone who very easily turned a bunch of scrap metal into usable energy at a very small cost to my pocket book. since our discussion started i've helped alot of people both locally and afar reach the same goal. i helped one friend cut up 5 cars with nothing but hydrogen and oxygen. out of pocket fuel cost?

What do you mean with burn efficiency?
Johanoeberg 3 years ago
your incorrect, the higher octane fuel is the furthest away from hydrogen. it has more stablisors in it to control the burn and eliminate pinging or pre-detination of the fuel. dont worry 95% of the people asked get that question wrong. you were correct with your first answer. your first answer should have paved the way for the second one. if you reveiw you will see where your error came in. first in determining higher octane had addative to stop pinging, 2nd what causes pinging.

Its just a nomenclature.

i stand corrected. i should have done my research before assuming. but i thank you because it spurred me to do alot more research on hydrogen. thanks for the insight.

now lets look at energy density by mass (MJ/kg)
gasoline=46.9
gaseous hydrogen at room temperature=143
same for compressed
so explain to me again your one sided argument of a two sided question? and please, lets refrain from the small digs and maybey we both can come out of this with a little more knoledge then we came into it. unless your goal is to just downgrade hydrogen and place all negatives and forget any posatives. and i will try to leave out the fact that hydrogen is 0 emitions

The car has been the big point of interest with this, but what if "we" heated water then pumped it through a coil in your heating system. the HHO system could be ran on batteries charged with solar. No more gas or oil bill. Screw OPEC

its just making h2o a gassouse state. steam isn't flamable as we know. now if you introduce into this factor another elament to force the two elaments to seperate, that in turn creates not just one but two seperate elaments that are both equally flamable. there is no right and wrong answers here. so keep the ideas flowing. i'm getting ready to move to an island where they are hot and heavy to get away from import fuels. what better method then hydrogen.
powerzap69 3 years ago
That would be great moving away from this rat race. I was referring to using the HHO to heat the water not heated water to produce the HHO>

some of the best fancy resteraunts use hydrogen to cook the food. its supposed to produce the best food y6ou have ever tasted. whats better is hydrogen doesn't produce any fumes 100% emission free. so you dont have to run an exhaust if using it for heat in your home. with no exhaust meens no loss of btu's thru a chimney. i made a generator once on the boat when we ran out of fuel. used a water cooler, some wire water and battery acid for a reactor. we got home on it.

Is what you have in the bottle that is running the truck HHO derived from the standard hho generators? Is there a site that explains the dangers of high and low pressure storage.

as far as a site goes, i have not found one yet. i'm working now to counteract the deteriation of the bottle sides by either lining the sides with a resin based fiberglass or carbon fiber.or adding the electricity to the chemical process and turning the container into the ground itself so it reinforces itself as its being used.this video was filmed using strictly a chemical reaction only.you will find that it in fact stabelises under pressure and becomes volitile when that pressure is relieved

oh by the way, for those of you who dont have the volume up and dont listen to our coments.i did not invent this, its actually a process that can happen several different ways. it happens in nature on its own.but i did invent on my own a system that you can run efficiently and safely in most engines. but i dont claim fame or sellers rights. reason is because i dont want to limit the info getting out

there are many things and ways to use this energy. with new forms of energy come new challenges. as chrispcrunchy pointed out to me, and is working towards over coming the issue of hydrogen brittlisation. if you take a little information from each of us, you will be able to create your own salution. then share it with the others and together we can eliminate the dependacy on outside fuel sources. now as you know just heating water isn't seperating the elaments.

you act like you invented this concept and your trying to profit from it you you did not invent it its not new technology

i make my own hydrogen, it cost me 1.98 to fil a bottle for torch use or for car use. i sell an ebook on ebay that explains everything in detail
powerzap69 4 years ago
I looked which book is yours? or which store?
bagrmanhd 3 years ago
where did you get the hydrogen? how did you get it in the bottle?
nattorro 4 years ago
Not so much water pressure laying down!. has to go through more water standing up yes, But, Impressed all the same mate. > Keep it up and lets ahve some more videos, it may help me a lot mate..

yes this needs to be treated like a propane bottle or any liquid gas. also avoid over filling or you may clog your valves. i am now implamenting this with my on demand system and hope to have it operational this week. i switched to a scuba steel tank for more resistance to the chemicals
