The lyrics say that she just ruffles his hair instead of confining in him and such, so he stops her when she tried to ruffle it, because he doesn't want her to view him as a boy anymore. Thus he takes charge and kisses her. Grabbing her wrist was to keep her from ruffling his hair, it fits perfectly into the story -.- why go all Yarr! It's fine to grab her hand and ask her to stop ruffling his hair, but the woman clearly looks uncomfortable and even in pain. When he kisses her, you see her trying to pull back, but he continues forcing himself onto her "until she likes it".

Kissing should be optional, not forced. This is unacceptable.
