  • The a-10 may not grab the attention at a show as well as an f-18 or f-22 but it sure makes the insurgents tremble when it lowers its nose for a strafing run.

  • Mach 1?

  • f home alone with webcam 3

  • GO NAVY!!!

  • nice a10 or better warzenschwein

  • i wish they would show a plane breaking the sound barrier at my air show i've been to the last 3 air shows and havent seen 1 plane break the sound barrier =\ hopefully this year they do.

  • Do you have the complete video on the A-10 demonstration? It looks like (by the weather) that this was Saturday. Unfortunately, I didn't bring my video camera along, and I am looking specifically to get the A-10 demonstration. Now if only I wanted the Thunderbirds or the F/A-18E demonstration I'd be set!!!

  • Yeah this was the Saturday show. Not a bad day, although it rained fairly heavy for a half hour or so. This is all I have of the A-10 and F-18. I didnt get any of the Thunderbirds on tape, haha I leave early and catch them on the way out to beat the traffic.

  • Bummer on the A-10. I have been to many airshows and rarely get excited, but watching the tank-busting maneuvers on Saturday was a thrill due to the low ceiling.

We were part of the JU-52 crew (actually, I was the German para in the video...), and seeing as I wasn't driving, I didn't worry too much. I remember it was rather aggrevating, we had to run in and out of the JU, and there was too much stuff to keep moving, so we packed most of it up.

  • Honestly i dont know wether to join the navy or the air force

  • A.F. trainin is easier, my dad was in it. he said its the best of em all.

  • Its not breaking the sound barrier. I believe its flying at a speed that is so close to breaking the sound barrier than a cone of condensed vapor forms on the plane.

Its illegal to break the sound barrier over populated areas, and you would know if it broke the sound barrier because of the very loud boom.

  • yeah you're right.

  • Yeah, it's not going quite fast enough. You're very lucky to have seen the singularities though. Must have been a pretty humid day. The condensation spirals from the wingtips suggest that as well.

  • ya planes break the sound barrier over my house all the time. AF Plant 42 and Edwards AFB are right near me that "Its illegal to break the sound barrier over populated areas" i bull shit. hell the shuttle lands here all time and not even 10 min. ago an F-16 hit mach 1

  • You live over a base, and it is indeed illegal to break it over civilian areas. The space Shuttle is allowed only because it cannot do anything about it. The shuttle actually breaks it twice on re-entry. That F/A-18 did not, only close to it

  • i dont live over a base i dont even live on a base

  • Nice, this one looks like sunday, I have the same shot on the F/A-18F breaking the barrier too.
