There hasn't even been anyone less than an 8-seed to ever win the championship, which is a good indicator of the bias of the tournament. There was a stretch of time back in the 60s-70s where UCLA was so sick nasty that they won 10 championships in 11 years. Some people might like to see the same teams win over & over again, but not me. It gets boring after a while.
