@ProfessorMudkip im playin the 360 version and am going for the achievement to complete all the objective and cant find a full list anywhere

@SoccerDudeACW During the mission the objectives are on the side of the screen.

If it makes you do the hidden ones too, then they are things like building whatever new technology you get. For example, an experimental aircraft carrier on mission 3 gives you the hidden objective Master of the Sea or something. The same if you build a Kracken during the Cybran mission in which you get walking boat technology. I don't have a complete list, though.

do the shields diflect shots of just reduces its power?

It depends what it is. Slow things like missiles can pass through it, but fast energy weapons like artillery bounces off.
