  • I see John Cafferty every time he comes to Atlantic City. He does almost all the songs from both movies plus good cover songs too. When they go into On the Darkside it just sends chills up and down my spine to hearing that live....It's awesome.....

  • The second movie was the better the songs come from the heart.

  • man most of the girls in my school had the biggest crush on michael pare

  • now that is real music omg that is awesome

  • can u really understand this song

  • FUK HIS SHYT IS FROM THA HEART

  • wow love all his music

  • i wish alot of people understood and understand this song like i do. i have been listening to him sence i was a baby every sence i could remember im 32 know i will never for get them

  • I did not like part 2 of this movie, the song was all right . but the frist movie is the best .I think the band was better, in the frist movie.

  • @Gerald4206 First movie was BEST

  • I love this music, It's so New Jersey, right where I live. The best place to live, just like he said in the movie....Joe

  • @spacetrucker40 then why does the statue of liberty face the other way? :)

  • I love this movie!

  • I love this movie!

  • taken from "watch?v=voELdszmknI" i think

  • Another factoid..................................

Some of the people that were seen in the classroom shots were actual students at the school at the time that the film was made. I was a student at RVRHS at that time myself.

I can still remember at least 6 of them but I haven't seen the movie recently so there may be more than that. Also, the classroom that was used was on the foreign language wing right above the front offices and superintendents office. Mr. Matarese (Spanish).

  • Here's a little factoid for ya.

The scenes in the beginning of the movie where Tom Berenger catches a "football pass" from a student and the classroom scene about "WORDSWORTH" were filmed at the Rancocas Valley Regional High School in Mount Holly NJ.

Sadly, the side of the school that can be seen in the background during the "football pass" has been renovated and had an extra wing attached....so that part of the building is no more.

  • NED no evidence of disease type in nimesh nagarsheth click search.

  • I'm curious, do you have to have a special keyboard to do that thing above the "e'. Because without that little comma above it it's spelled like it's pronounced pear. Inststead of pear-a. Well somethin like that.

  • if you go onto the edit tab on your web browser toolbar there should be a a 'special characters' button and it comes up with a menu of loads of different accented letters and icons...

  • Awesome movie, loved it. John Cafferty and the Beaver Brown Band did an excellent job on the soundtrack.

  • I saw 31 copies of the DVD of this movie in the bargain bin at Target. =]

  • Awesome I am off on a quest. I find this movie amazing. Sensual and mysterious!

    Thanks

  • As soon as I saw Eddie and the Cruisers I thought it was the story of Bobby Fuller of the Bobby Fuller Four. He had a similar demise. Went to high school with him in El Paso and there were a lot of similarities, including the convertible. Eddie II kinda put a new spin on Bobby's death.

  • why is there a 5 minute gap on this?

  • this is my one of my all time favs. Thanks for posting it

  • John Cafferty and the Beaver Brown Band supplied the vocals and music for this soundtrack and movie. Saw them in the late 90's in Davenport Iowa. The only one from the band that was in the movie was the sax player that played Wendell. Had our pic taken with him. Nice guy. They rock out!!

  • Micheal Pear. Mmmmmm. Lol

Thanks SOOOOO much, this was awesome!

  • eddie makes any other artist look like a monkey with a type writer EDDIE ALL THE WAY

  • how can i download Tender Years from youtube to my pc for me to burn to cd? anyone know??

     love this music

  • I remember thinking EATC was the shit. Now this movie to me is fucking hilarious! I loved mocking it at every turn. Notice the awesome age progression - 20 years. The only difference is Tom Berringer wears Beige in every 80s scene and leather in the past. Takes itself so seriously could only come out the other end a comedy.

  • You must be an idiot, Eddie and the Cruisers 1 & 2 wasn't a comedy, they were both great though, and nowhere did i see anything funny.Get a life

  • No way was this movie a comedy.I saw the first and second ...They both are fantastic.. It captures The Music and the Jersey Shore to a tee. I'm from the Jersey Shore and Philly. Eddie is as real as Rocky Balboa is in Philly...The movie is a Classic!.Eddie Lives!

  • eddie and the cruisers 2 is constantly on television, but i haven't seen the original since it came out. i love the original much more. if anyone has it, can you download it to yutube for fans like me to watch? thanx

  • Love this song....

  • Just an awesome movie series .... FANFUCKINTASTIC tunes.... YAHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOO

  • Try 1984's Michael Pare and Diane Lanes' Movie 'Streets of Fire'...you'll love that music too.

  • amazin films shame there not true stories ennit

  • uuuhhh, ackybwoi, "eddie and the cruisers" was based on the career of Jihn Cafferety and The Beaver Brown Band. this is a true story

  • hardly the case friend..Beaver Brown just provided the music. The plot is based on real life events of famous rockstars. It's no coincidence that the unreleased album song on the soundtrack is titled: "Season In Hell (Fire Suite." This is obviously a nod to Brian Wilson's unreleased "Smile" album and the "elements suite" which contained the song "fire". Eddie's last name in the film is coincidentally "Wilson". Eddie's image and faked death is a nod to Jim Morrison and rumours of his fake death.

  • wordman in Eddie And the Cruisers was based on Van Dyke Parks too.

  • Eddie and the Cruisers are my favorite movies of all time. Thanks for creating it!

  • Super film

  • Rest In Peace Eddie We Love You

  • Hey he didnt die, did you see Eddie and the Cruisers part 2 Eddie lives the movie is awesome

  • i saw it. i have it on video(taped). i do not have it for DVD...yet.

  • awsome movies and one hell of a soundtrack to both movies

  • That's no lie they were awesome.

  • Great movie without the ugly things we see today. The movie had feeling. Thank you the Upload

  • Hey both Eddie and the Cruisers and Eddie and the Cruisers ll are awesome movies saw them a few years ago. I think people should see them!!!

  • freddie mercury had the same problem with his moustache...

  • I bought both DVDs on Ebay recently. I love them...love the music.

  • I have seen both movies and I have Eddie and the Cruisers on Dvd. I am almost 50 and I love this music.

I think JohnCaffrey and the Brown Beaver did great. Even if Michael Pare' lip synched it, this will always be great music to me

  • he did lip synch, but he did have to learn how to play the guitar, because they told him if he didnt play it, they would bring bruce springsteen to replace him.

  • If you want the movie check Ebay. You can buy Eddie and the cruisers 1 and 2 on there.

  • Eddie and the Cruisers is one of my all time favorite movies. I love the song--"Tender Years" best, although all of the music was phenomenal!! "John Cafferty and the Beaver Brown Band" actually performed the music for the movie. Thanks for posting this!~Moonchime

  • this is my one of my all time favs. Thanks for posting it

  • i checked and some of them dont have it.

  • hey could anyone upload the whole movie, cuz i want to see it really bad

  • go down to the local video store.

  • Awesome video. It is nice to see so many fans of the Eddie and the Cruisers movies. Excellent movie to pick. Thanks for the memories.

  • I think "Tender Days" was a better song than "The Dark Side"...

  • I agree

  • The name of the song was called TENDER YEARS dumb ***.

That song was available on the lp(album) only, but not on the cd, due to copyright problems.

  • I've got Tender Years on my CD.

  • GREAT job!!! I love these movies and have seen them both at least 6 or 7 times. and the music is simply..incredible. The movies were fun to watch and you really felt like eddie wilson was a real character. I know I did. If I ever get married she better love eddie and the cruisers if I'm going to date her. Well done, DAMN GOOD JOB!!!!!!

  • I loved both those movies

  • Love this effing movie and the music is way beyond awesome you did a great job you rock!!

    alexXx

  • HEY, EDDIE AND THE CRUISERS WHERE A BAND FOR REALS OR NOT?!!!

  • the eddie and the cruisers were not a real band. The music was wrote and sang by john cafferty of John Cafferty and the Beaver Brown Band. which is the real band.

  • No! This was a fictional movie where Michael Pare lypsynched songs written & performed by John Cafferty. the sequel was so so but the soundtrack was great.

  • aaaah, i LOVE THESE MOVIES

  • Thank you for putting this up! Even though, I was looking for solely "The Dark Side", this was nice until the day that happens. ;o)

  • When I found this I was listening to Pride & Passion from

Eddie and the Cruisers II: Eddie Lives. I love Eddie Lives. Great Job.

  • Wow that was awesome, nice job! *claps*
