  • love these exercise ball videos. i also have a ball, but since i bought it (about 4 months ago) i haven even used it so...but this video made me used it so thank you for the motivation

  • 5'4" and under: 55 cm

    5'5" to 5'11": 65 cm

    6' and over: 75 cm

at least thats what the instruction booklet that came with my ball said.

  • how often should these excersises be performed? and also how long before you see results?? thank you :)

  • does the size of the exercise ball matter?

  • If memort serves, there are three standard sizes of stability balls (55,65 and 75) and which one you should use depends on how tall you are, so if you are very short use the smallest one etc, best thing to do is ask the staff in the store where you buy it :)

  • @020680544 Yes it does, kinda hard to explain but here goes, on a level surface sit on the excersize ball. You want a ball that will situate your upper leg/thigh paralell with the floor and your knees bent at 90 degrees. basically you want your butt to be at the same level as your knee caps when sitting. Im 6'2" 260 and my ball is a 65cm. 55,65,and 75cm are the most common sizes. Very easy to figure out just try a couple

  • I'm not even gonna lie. I just blew one out

  • @oshiza what does it mean ? haha sorry for the silly question... did the ball exploude ??

  • why r there big mac advertisements on here lol!

  • where do I buy such a ball? and how long does it last?

  • You can find these at Target, Ross, TJ Max, Sport Stores, etc. Reebox has some with lite weights. Target $20, Ross/TJ Max/Marshalls vary $10 to 20 and up. You can also try Borders (yes B)

  • does this ball loose its air over time?, and if so how would i refill it?

  • urm an air pump 0.o? what are you retarded

  • good

  • thankkk you !,

  • your balance ball workouts have been very helpful in helping me establish a home workout on days where I cannot make it to the gym. Thank you!

  • Absolutely love your hair! Oh, BTW thanks for sharring your technique ! ; )

  • Could you pls tell me what the size of the exercise ball is in cm? Thanks

  • The sizes are standard and vary according to your height. When you buy a ball it should tell you how big to inflate it. I'm 5'3, so I use a 55cm ball. Try a search on "swiss ball size guide" and you should find a lot of information of this.

  • this is a good workout! =D
