Humans have proven to be pretty fucking low. Compare what an animal does to the world to what humans do. Everything is a cycle. If there are too few herbivore species, predator species will balance out. Humans are the ones who fuck up the world's balance. Wouldn't be surprised if we eventually extinguish all life on Earth. Sadly.

Without any natural causes to control the population of elk, there will be more car wrecks. I've been to northern New York once when i went to America and there are deer almost EVERYWHERE. I can't drive down a single road without deer running across it or tempting itself to. You are nothing more than an ungrateful person for the wonders nature has given us. Sad, child.

@TheBByamashiro no, the fault of humanity isn't violence. Many people assume this wrongly, many other animals are much more violent. The problem is how much we destroy in the process. I personally would not see anything wrong with hunting, if there was absolutely no threat to local ecosystems. Think of humans as a giant, intelligent and much more destructive version of army ants, who, though not as much as humans, tend to also destroy everything useful and edible in sight.

Wow, wolves are my faveroute animal and I gotta say you're lucky to get that close without it biting your hand off. They're pretty protective animals, especially over territory and young.

Friend of mine was a baggage handler at an airline. He would always walk the dogs when they were on layover and stuck in their kennels. One day he walked a rather funny looking rather jumpy dog, He must have badly needed to take a leak because he whizzed everywhere. He then gave him some water then put him back in the kennel. Then his eyes drifted upward to a sign on the kennel that said "DANGER, WILD ALASKAN TIMBER WOLF! DO NOT APPROACH".
He was belatedly horrified.

@mendesana People don't understand that rubbing is nice but scratching them makes them a friend to you. I mean getting past all 3 thick layers of fur and itching their skin until their legs start doing the bicycle. People think that you will some how offend them or hurt them if you scratch them with your nails. The opposite is true.
