Long Strike is better because it is much much much lighter weight and you don't really need the scope since its a nerf gun. However the longshot is much easier to mod because it is easier to find a spring that fits. The gun is terrible on the end of the longshot so its useless. however there is the bipod on the longshot. The longstrike though, is more accurate and can go farther, in the ones that i have.the longstrike also looks much better because it's colors compliment more and it looks bettr

a Direct plunger of the size of a Longshot can always beat the strike when brassed (unbrassed Id be willing to beat I can match or come close to the range of a longhot, and I repeat unbrassed longshot).

Sorry to break it to ya, there's 5 ways to scope with the sights. One is using iron sights on, one is without the barrel sights, one is when the actual sights are down, up, and flipped. Overall 5, just read the scope manual. Seriously, you should check it out.
