It could also be another similar condition of the pituitary gland. Maybe he has stopped growing, the tumors sometimes disappear naturally (or so I've read). He's certainly not just big, he definitely has some sort of abnormal condition. Look at the wrestler André the Giant, he had similar brow ridges (especially in his later years).
