well..i live now in Mannheim, Germany and there, the the kebab meat doesn't look like a meatloaf.

it's made from layers of REAL lamb slices. not processed meat like in the video.

so, i think it varies from city to city or from country to country.

@Makkealamarkus Indeed, they don't look finely selected at all. They think you have to digest everything they tell you. I have friends who has a kebab shop here in Singapore. They prepare their own meat. The beef they use is much more leaner than here. In addition they don't mince the meat. Instead they cut it in fine layer of slices before stacking them up. It is a much more time consuming procedure then this.
