I own this exact stove in the US. The glass stays clean by a patented method of air handling called air wash. The air enters the stove and is channeled in front of the glass. I have had my stove for 15+ years and clean the glass 2 to 3 times a year. I have had no trouble with the stove in that time. I only wish I ordered the enameled version. They just look cleaner in time. Super efficient... Jotul... you are on the right track... My oil delivery company hates my Jotul.
