I haven't had any others complain about the video being bad. And when I watch it is played very well. It may be your computer. please tell me what is wrong exactly.

The video sound is scratchy and skippy
Is this from the video or from Youtube.
You Tube can you fix it, please. I cannot understand what is being said, it is just
that bad, can you notify the uploader?
