Track #4 during the break, listen to the horns. Now go listen to Gwen Stefani's "Hollaback Girl". The Neptunes don't sample per-say , but they always sneak stuff in there. The (super powerful) kick and clap from Hollaback Girl was actually sampled from an older record (that I'm forgetting right now) --not as a loop just the kick/clap individually.
