Draco doesnt get the elder wand, if you read the books and watched the movie you would know that Snape gets the elder wand as it can only be passed down by its last owner being killed not dissarmed.

Actually you are wrong here. Draco does become the master of the Elder wand when he disarms Dumbledore in the astronomy tower, he however does not know he is the master of the elder wand. When snape Kills Dumbledore Draco is already the master of the elder wand so Snape could not be its master. This is explained by Harry when he faces Voldemort in the great hall as Harry becomes the master of teh elder wand when he disarms Draco at Malfoy Manor. Confused?
