@druso33 They could not be pulling anything really..(using these places as example ONLY) they could have those engines sitting at LA and they are needed in San Fran...So they will attach them together-have a couple of car that needs to go to san fran and send it that way...Those Engines are not necessarily all being used..They could be Dead on Tow..(in which they act basically like cars-no power no nothing)
