The metal chassis that used to prtect the mother board and screen setup is removed, hence it is easier to break than the normal psp. And wat does it mean by the UMD drive is less complex, how is it complex i the 1st place?!, the new one has a plastic enamel coating, not a glassy looking one, feels like it can easily snap and the only good thing about it is the video out and double RAM...

I think ice silver is better cuz ice silver psp has more stuff and it gets no fingerprints at all but the piano black gets too many finger prints so think twice before you buy it.....nice vid by the way....

what i want is the 64mb RAM, FW 3.60, tv output thingy, USB charge,and the more responsive d-pad, and everything the old psp has.(same thickness, more battery power, has infa red(even if i dont use it) the normal umd opener thing, and wifi switch back to its original place. but yet lighter xD

making it thiner makes it feel like its gona snap :P

it is not fake because the speakers are on top of the d-pad and x'square'triangle'circle.

also the umd slot is thin so this is the real thing.

Sure a lot of people would like to share this news, because it's SO AWSOME!!!! It's not a fake, the new PSP SLIM will have more RAM (64MB instead of the actual 32MB), a VIDEO OUTPUT, UMD Cache, USB Charge, a more responsive D-pad and many other improvements!!! Unfortunatly it seems that the PSP SLIM will be sold with a 1200Mhz battery (instead of the actual 1800Mhz). I'm not sure of the last one check here for more

......the mother boards are diffrent..even if you manag to replace it with the old modle you'll need to replace the mem card reader and the umd diod
