As Abraham was talking here, I realized suddenly that a song called, "My Favorite Things" from the musical, "The Sound of Music" is actually an example of what Abraham talks about. In the musical, she is stating to the children that when she feels badly, she remembers all her favorite things so she feels better. Basically, a feel-good rampage of appreciation. Abraham says that if we look around for things to appreciate, we are not far from getting into self love. I'm the rewriting lyrics :)
