Let's see... Mekazawa, Johnny, KOF2K2 Rugal, Perfect Cell, Igniz, CvS/SvC Vega/Bison, CV Wakamoto... Tons of Wakamoto in Mugen, although Rugal's usual voice actor - like in this vid - is Toshimitsu Arai, who is also Commander Heidern's.

But that doesn't mean this video isn't badass... All the opposite: this is the Wakamoto badassness in its true form!
