Nice changes between leagato and staccato. I also like how you sometimes wave your hands like Glenn Gould! The last variation was cool and the da capo of the aria was breathtaking! Beutiful ornaments. I myself know the aria and Im now working ot the first variation and the tempi di guige. Wierd break in your presentation tought! Wanna learn more about your musical experience etc.
I think you have tremendous technique and talent. As a matter of interest your deceased Canadian namesake used to play the arpeggio in B11 of the Aria downwards which gives it a delightful poignancy I think. Thank you for sharing your work with us.
Thanks for your comment, Emar4. I actually don't remember what I said after the video cuts off. It wasn't anything profound or important though. Probably something about how much I like the piece.
awesome playing! hey i have a question. which piano sound are you using, and do you add any adjustments to it (reverb, eq, etc)? or is it just the default? it sounds so steinway-like. thanks!
Thanks, ronaldraymond! I'm using the main default grand piano sound. I upped the reverb from the default setting to level 8. I also have the keyboard connected to two bookshelf speakers and a subwoofer, so those play in addition to the keyboard speakers. I'm very happy with the sound.
i loved the plucking and strumming at the start as well as the resolutions. A few crossovers, very exciting, and the trills very nice. Overall I give it a high rating. Last section was very good as well. very moving
Thank you for honoring repeats. I prefer them with repeats in. :)

Thank you very much, AristotleQuasar! I am familiar with Gould's arpeggio. I like it too but, for no real reason, I got used to playing it upwards.

I've enjoyed variations N.30 and the aria da capo.
Maybe try playing on a true piano ;)
