It's India who are keeping the Royal Enfield marque going unlike over here in the U.K where everyone deserted the Motorcycle industry and bought Japanese stuff.
@twangalot2 Indeed, but the lack of inovation from the British makers (goes for cars too) lost the audience. But I would have bought one over a Jap anyday!
he came second in the race..... ok.... but how many people participated in the race....... well....TWO .....lols.....

Nice bike, clean and sounds great. The roads in India are way better than our roads in the UK, which we pay billions for through taxation etc!

Ref. helmet comments.
I normally ride with a full face helmet in England. .
You would pass out with the heat with one in hot climate like he's riding in !
I'm off to a much cooler Spain soon and looking for an open face helmet.

Sounds fantastic! Really brought back memories, but surely this one is geared down? Mine would do 85 in second with the RR2 gearbox.

Right on! I didn't think there was much of a classic scene in India.

Great! Thanks, the sound of a finely tuned Goldie is the best there is...
My old '53 ZB34GS sounds about the same but is driven harder...
