I am Nicaraguan to and lived there during that shit and also immigrated. Fact is usa supported somoza when he was in power cause he would do what they said and help usa companies exploit the country even more. Thats how the mofo got rich. Reagan then came and supported the contras illegally because usa wanted to keep controlling/exploiting usa after they lost somoza. Its fact contras were usa backed and killed thousands of Nicaraguans. Sandinistas not perfect but they were fighting somoza/usa.

I wish they would really care about doing some good to the people instead of repeateadly attempting to win more followers and stating all their communist crap. But we won't let them win again, we'll get rid of them, by democracy or by any means. They have been a cancer for Nicaragua.
