@wintercat2 ya, turn them off so that when it gets dark in a town with no power hence no street lights, and even worse visibility than there is now, he gets hit by someone who couldn't see him, and know that we was a slow moving vehicle, they may be annoying to you watching the video, but it saved the already stress town from having to respond to a secondary car accident.
