I have been getting email's about the bait video and what other stuff we use and don't use.
Basically anything with scent can work. What works best is what's is running in the river at that time. Spring,sockeye,chum ect ect. So using their roe or parts will most likely be the best.
Stink bait, which is rotten salmon is probably the most commonly used for certain times of the year and when they are on to that is can be very productive. In the lower fraser durning the early season you will see Eulachon's being used which is another dynamite fishery.
Other baits which I have heard of people using are eels and lamprey but they are a grey area on if they can be used or not. These are well known bait's that people use and are no secret in the fishing community.
