Raised floors are an anachronism, holdovers from generations of mainframe-centric management. Cooling should be supplied as the cabinets need it. Duct the cold air into the cabinets, and the hot air out. Keep the hot aisle/cold aisle scenario, but make them containment aisles. If you cool as needed, with sensors and variable speed fans, you can save some serious bucks.
