Hi Technikall, the mix was within the accepted parameters, if not quite optimum. It is in very good nick right now. We have now completed the next build too. Thanks for the comment and good luck with your studio, Charlie

When I made mud bricks in Australia, we used straw in the mud mix. of course the clay was of different type too. I hope the bricks used here are of optimum clay-sand mix. One way or the other can lead to structural weakness.

But this is an encouraging video to see. I will be building a mud brick studio and home in Thailand in the not too distant future.
