@TheGtaSaHelper after finishin' the game they're more fun to use than go up and down without an objective. in addition, consider that people could hate to lose easely or have fun in campaign missions with super jumps, infinite ammos and weapons and infinite hp. it's more easy to obtain a weapon with a single cheat instead of go to hell for a minigun with only 500 ammos ^^
