I've been a Sweatshop Union fan since the start, and it hurts to see all of you ignorant commenters on this video. You complain about people who enjoy mainstream rap, but the fact that you think it's all about fame and selling out, then you're the one who should learn a thing or two. Kanye West, for example, is big right now, and he writes some of the deepest lyrics out there. Just because you don't understand it, because it's a metaphor, doesn't mean it's bad music.

His life story is one of both sadness and hope for most people, which in turn makes him more appealing. I like a few of his early songs, but then his music got too different for me. His last CD however, has made me like Eminem once again, it's more serious, has better messages and is just more appealing. I've been a big fan of Sweat Shop Union since day one too.

I've been a Sweatshop Union fan since the start, and it hurts to see all of you ignorant commenters on this video. You complain about people who enjoy mainstream rap, but the fact that you think it's all about fame and selling out, then you're the one who should learn a thing or two. @kingraider7 Eminem is very gifted at being able to rap very fast and annunciate his words very clearly. His life story is one of both sadness and hope for most people, which in turn makes him more appealing. I like a few of his early songs, but then his music got too different for me. His last CD however, has made me like Eminem once again, it's more serious, has better messages and is just more appealing. I've been a big fan of Sweat Shop Union since day one too.

Legit sound but Don't agree with some of the ideas "how can we be free? when the water that we drink is owned by some company?" Free water is not clean. We pay for our water to be clean and safe so of course a company owns it. Do you personally want to supply clean water for free? I don't! You can drink from a mud puddle or pay someone to keep it clean. They seem to have other irrational claims too. I listen to them mostly for their insanely awesome sound.

Take China for example. In Shenzhen the factories have polluted the waters so much that the people who lived by farming and fishing by the river can no longer do so, forcing them in to factory labor (this is in one of China's special districts which is far more capitalist than the majority of the country).

Our world-wide oil productivity is headed in to terminal decline and there is no energy source to replace it, let alone enough energy to discover and implement a new efficient energy.
Industrialization, in the grand scheme, was nothing but a temptation to live far beyond our means.

Do people in those countries still have trouble finding clean water? Of course it's a huge problem. Do some research on countries lacking in Human Development and see for yourself their lifespan(45-55).I like clean water and trustworthy health care-both impossible without technology. And yes, it's impossible without industrialization. But you're talking about industrialization as a concept and not industrialization as it is. If we took that energy, and invested it in to clean renewable energy sources from day one, then perhaps we could develop to the level to have modern healthcare.
Thing is, you've traded those things for our children's future. So, really, who cares what you like?
