I just watched several other "bilingual dog" videos on YouTube and in every one of them it was evident that the person was giving the dog hand signals in addition to verbal commands. Hand signals are easier for dogs to learn than words, and when they are used in conjunction with words it's not clear whether a dog really knows the words or just signals. Artax was not given any hand signals during the filming of this video, though he does know many of them too so I guess he's trilingual. :)
