Mick this is from Caden - "Mick, you are a good cousint. You are really cool. I like this song and all of your other songs. What kind of guitar is it? How old are you now Mick?"
No pick for this bud, unless you turn the treble down. your volume was a bit to high. Try going with an actual jazz tone. More muddled and/or softer. Don't blame it on the amp man, that's what amateurs do when they screw up. Easy on the treble and tone down the middle. Still you gave it a good try.
@Flameheartish ha thanks for the criticism. i honestly couldn't get that amp to work. i've played no pick with it and i assure you the treb was down. thats why i sold it. i always use a pick, its just my style. i have a better amp that gets a good tone and a much better guitar now. check out my other fly me rendition, its not perfect but its much better. this vid was when i was pretty new to jazz and on a shit ton of pain meds haha. but really i agree with your comments.
ha, i couldnt agree more. its the amp, it cant handle the bass so i had to try and compensate. its very obnoxious, but i'm amp hunting now. if youre interested in a fender blues deville 410 reissue we can talk though haha

Good playing, terrible tone.
Turn the bass up, treble down. It's too bright.
