Yes, this is The Portsmouth Sinfonia; a group of musicians and non-musicians playing instruments they don't know, on purpose. This was in the early 1970's in England and Brian Eno "played" clarinet. They recorded a couple of LPs for Columbia which have never been released on CD. The LPs are VERY rare.
