@arnoud1987000 i hate to tell you but ati is getting ready to buy nvidia out. nvidia has been going down hill and has been losing major profits even ati's older cards can compete with the 480 and not to mention ati 5970 technically doubles the 480's performance and i know your gonna say its a dual gpu card vs a single gpu. but never the less its the companies best cards as of now. i could probably even cook an egg on my friends 480.... now that is a fucking joke

@southparkboy119 Not even Crysis has individual grass blades (most outdoor stuff looks actually pretty bad in Crysis (except ice), but indoors look great with their ssao). Far Cry 2 does, but they don't look that good there.

I rmember my friend getting a brand new computer that featured this graphics card after I had got done reading about it for a good while in PC magazines. His computer was so badass at the time, I think it was the Athlon? whatever was insane at the time, maybe the first generation in about 2000-2001 . It also featured the Gforce 256 in bright shiny GPU sticker on side. We tried quake 3 and Unreal on it and it ate them alive, was soo cool . Then I got a Gforce2 MX onboard hehe liek the next year.
