Im sorry apparently youre a logistical expert and know what to do more than he does. It really wasnt Bush at all, Bush(as usual) was a public scapegoat, this time for FEMA's mishandling and lack of logistics on time in the area. And there was a mandatory(mandatory! meaning get your ass out of there by law) issued by Bush himself. So those dumbasses caught in that were responsible for themselves... Oh wow.... Bush-isms are with us still. GWB has some good moments and good ones. Before the invasion of Iraq, I had thought he was a decent President (although I was too young at the time to understand the nuances of politics).
Then again, there are some Obama-isms already, such as saying he visited "57 states" (there are only 50 states, but 7 affliliates, such as Puerto Rico, Hawaii,etc..)And then there's the "Ottawa/Iowa" mixup. When he visited Canada, he accidentally called Ottawa 'Iowa' lol
