Comparing with an other screenshot it seems they really captured this on 640x480. Because the hud and on-screen text and menus are almost never resized to preserve quality they seem big on such low resolution, even though it's standard sized.

1, ALWAYS point the gun in a safe direction.

The twirling animation is cool but stupid and out of character. If someone is bored and HAS to twirl his gun he should put his finger BEHIND the trigger.

BTW this reminds me of the mortar's from the old Ativision game "Battlezone" and Battlezone 2 aswell, creepy-ass howitzers!!! And nie sound effects, best way to add tension by doing that instead of the HL sound method, although i hope you keep some original sounding effects though.

It's pretty much confirmed to be the very end of 2009. Unless something goes wrong and they feel they absolutely most delay it. They have continually said 2009 though, so we can hope.
