I like your videos but I really think you should consider menstrual cups. They're much safer, environmental and economical than tampons and they feel way better. The younger you start the happier you will bd trust me! Just try them, I'm sure you could get most companies to send you a free one!

@594JLP Your period is your uterus shedding it's lining. Over the course of one month the uterus builds up a lining to prepare for the implantation of a fertilised egg (ie falling pregnant). If you don't fall pregnant within the month the uterus gets rid of this lining (which is your period) and starts building up a new one. :)
