No outscourcing either , a waldorf employee did work for acces during the ti develpment but not for alesis , which is now owned by numark ( which also owns akai )
If you're wanting a Waldorf Micro Q, you should save your money and buy one. I own a Nano for my UF6, it's not even made by Waldorf, it's very limited and disappointing. If it sounded anything like this guy's demo, I'd be happy with it.
Great! You're able to create just the sound that I love from synths...electro, but with soul. Think this: i bought a (wanderful) micro q also thanks this video. And now i'm looking for a micron (incredible your sound design). Then I will think you work for a synth shop ;)
good demonstration. though i have heard the waldorf has a remarkable wide range when it comes to different sounds and you concentrated on what seems to be a very small fragment.
still really good to get a first impression of the synth. the factury demo is so shitty.
ciao, i primi 55 secondi sono una meraviglia, poi il resto sembrava musica da videogame. puoi fare un brano sulla base del primo ritmo? grazie (Gino-Italia)
i've had a micro Q which i think is very powerfull .. now i have the yellow Q kb and i'm very happy with it .. i really like the waldorf filters and sound capabilities.. waldorf is great and i'm glad they are back in business
whats the 1st preset??? ITS WERY GOOD SOUND!!!!

I wonder how this compares to the Access Virus ti Polar 2?

No they were not designed by the same person.

The sound at 55 sounds like a videogame?
Don't the italians like italio disco?
Biopharmer 3 years ago
Biopharmer: he said that sounds after 0.55 sound like videogame music, and asked the player to make a song on the first rhythm.
and...what has italodance to do with music after 0.55 (and with videogames?) nobody is forced to like that music.

I was just a kiddin'
Biopharmer 3 years ago
Yea the reason why it sounds that way at 55 seconds is because I initialized the sound to start programming from scratch.

yeah, i figured. I got a blofeld, but wanted this more. But hey, the blofeld's fine, and this thing's hard to find.
Biopharmer 3 years ago
@Biopharmer
Do you think they sound any different at similar settings (the main specs seem very very similar)?
Thanks!
javiceres 1 year ago
@javiceres I think they sound the same. The blofeld has more wavetables and filters though.

@Biopharmer Hm! Interesting, thanks !!

micron VS Micron Q?
mattedj 3 years ago
micron is better for composing songs on it's own, but Micro Q is a better all around sounding synth. So I'd atually get both! But that's just me
Biopharmer 3 years ago
If I'm not mistaken the micron was designed by the guy who designed the micro Q?
Gtechture 3 years ago
I have no idea

no basically one of the q racks with a keyboard
